          @Alinnia @tenpercent You can scan 2 receipts. I scanned one receipt. It shows 1/2 and halfway to earning $2 bonus.

          Then scanned the second receipt and received the $2 bonus.

                  Works on 4 brands on one receipt but not 2 brands. Doesn't make sense as it should have worked on 2 brands 🤔

                    @trixieb: May be the machine scanning? It only lists the Oreo product against my receipt, not the Macro product.

    For anyone confused, you can scan 2 receipts, each of which has one item from the listed brands. The 2 eligible items do not have to be on one receipt. Also make sure you join the challenge before uploading. Once you have joined you can upload receipts normally (no need to upload through the challenge itself) and they will track towards challenge progress

        Problem is I already did my shop. I will need to do another shop tomorrow.

        So it's not "$2 Bonus for Scanning a Receipt with 2 of 50 Brands" but $2 bonus for scanning 2 receipts with 1 of 50 brands?

    Purchased a 1.25L Coca Cola for $2.10 and Pringles for $2.75 at my local IGA, so basically got the cola for free ($2.10 -$2 cashback -10c recycling the bottle).
    Both brands on 1 reciept and it worked.

        This is indeed a long running, very well known issue with SB receipt scanning. In certain cases it's the store's fault for the way they display / truncate brand names, but that seems to be a minority compared to the unforced errors.

        Having said that, I had no problem with 2 brands on 1 receipt. It said 1 of 2 complete but issued the reward.

      Thanks for confirming that 2 brands on 1 receipt worked. Was there a few hours delay for the challenge to complete? Think the confusion is after submitting the receipt it initially show only 1/2 for the challenge.

        A while ago, I had to contact GYB to add the bonus for a few items that didn't trigger the bonus. I had waited a few days. Perhaps it depends on the items.

          So I just checked with someone and his receipt containing Pepsi and Oreo tracked as 2/2 for the challenge within minutes. But my receipt for Cadbury and Oreo only tracked as 1/2 for the challenge - only the Cadbury tracked. So Oreo didn't track for me but tracked for the other person. Seems kinda buggy to me lol.

    I completed the challenge requirements by uploading 2 receipts after purchasing within eligible brands. But only 1 receipt got tracked and the other receipt didn't tracked.

    I am not sure how to contact shopback, the AI chat is useless!
