What will stop me getting my cashback

• Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
• Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.
• Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

• Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
• Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
• Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
• Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

Good to know

• Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
• If any part of an order is cancelled, returned, exchanged, modified, or credited, the entire order will become ineligible and cashback will be declined.

    Did you submit a missing cashback claim? Priceline Pharmacy tracking has been 100% for me and I have placed many orders in the last 2 years.

    Apart from the initial email when you submit a claim, TopCashback does not add the tracking manually. You won't see it in the "Earnings" page initially. After the claim is paid, then you will see the transaction in your account.

    There is usually no response during the waiting period. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info.

    There is nothing more to do and just wait for the claim to be processed which could take several months.

    Cashback for tracked orders with Priceline Pharmacy seems to be paid quicker than other retailers, usually a bit less than 3 months. Estimated payable for tracked orders is up to 15 weeks. Missing cashback claims could take longer to be paid.

    As per the tracking tips in the post description, I usually use the TopCashback app to the Priceline Pharmacy website, with mobile data and Chrome browser. You also need to accept the cookies that is prompted when you first visit the Priceline Pharmacy webpage from TopCashback.

  Yes, I have submitted a claim. With other stores, the tracking would be instant with normal waiting period to be available to withdraw. But with is, I am worried as my earnings shows nothing about that transaction. Hopefully, it would appear after the claims paid like you mentioned. I was thinking I missed in this one. Thanks for the insight. Cheers

  Same here. Last Priceline Cashback did not track after 10 days waiting. Submitted a ticket and it took TCB 8 days to respond they will will look into it…..

  Mine tracked within a few minutes which was the same situation as the last Priceline cash back via TCB.
