Joke aside love the range/spell system in this game, it’s actually viable and fun playstyle from early to end game unlike elden ring.

at this price it's a no brainer
Yeah I knew you mean that one spell, it used to be insanely efficient. But it's 2nd to last zone so pretty late game, also its damage to mana cost got nerfed hard so isn't spammable before. Now it's better on a hybrid build where you throw a couples out and go to melee.
Mean while latimer javelin is still crack from early to end game. So are magma surge and seismic slam.
Good price will give it a go
I really enjoyed it. One of the better soulslikes. Good worldbuilding, good combat. The issue on release was that it was super buggy and unbalanced. Since then the game has been completely changed.
