SB Plus 19% that shows on the SB website seems to be an error. It's meant to be 17% cashback for all members as per SB app. I have informed GYB.

Pay with Apple Pay using a card linked to your ShopBack account. The linked card should come from Westpac / St.George / Bank of Melbourne / BankSA

    Shopback App doesn't seem to say anything for Petbarn for Shopback Plus — instead just flat 17% CB only. Not sure where 19% is listed?

      19% SB Plus is listed on the SB website (not SB app) when I posted the offer. It seems to be an error and was listed the same way in the last offer (not posted here). 17% cashback for all members as per SB app would be the rate.

        Just to clear up the confusion around the percentages—it’s actually not a glitch! The ShopBack app is completely dynamic, meaning it displays the exact rate your specific account is currently eligible for.

        If you are currently subscribed to ShopBack Plus, the app will dynamically show you that elevated 19% member rate. If you aren’t a Plus member, it defaults to showing the standard flat rate (17%). The desktop website, on the other hand, often showcases the maximum potential rate to highlight what Plus members can score.

        Also, you were spot on with your reply to @Dimz below too—the first instance of a new Repeat Delivery setup will typically track for cashback, as long as it's a fresh click-through from ShopBack.

          It was confusing as I had logged into the SB website when I posted the offer and thought cashback was 19% for SB Plus members. Most of the time the rates on the SB website do match the SB app.

          Thanks for the clarification and will go with the rates on the SB app from now on.

          Thanks for the clarification. But as a Shopback Plus member, this offer only displayed and tracked as 17% not 19%.
