      Are you actually able to obtain that 900 GB though?
      Poor network and congestion issues would be affecting many I would think.It is after all Vodafone network.
      Only a few might actually have the need and actually get that data.

        Depends on where you are, check tower distance….

        I am getting 100 up / down 24X7 but I have all three carriers towns within 1km.

        I get what you say cost back in inner west, its hopeless!! But that is with all three carrier….

        I get 150Mbps regularly, stable with Kogan and have for years.
        It’s been better than Amaysim and for me (Melbourne metro area) when I’m hotspotting my laptop for work, I regularly use my personal phone rather than my work provided telstra phone (4G and 5G) as it’s faster and has less dropouts in a LOT of areas.
        I used 750GB over the last 12 months.
        Never thought I’d say Voda is more reliable than Telstra for me but alas, it is.

    Insane value, the problem is Vodafone network. Last time I used it, constant dropout and no signal both indoor and outdoor. Very poor experience.

      Depends where you use it and what you use it for. Had numerous deals and not a glitch. Not my main carriers. Could be useful in a locked phone though.

      This wholly depends on where you live. Each network has blind spots, and if you're lucky to live near a vodafone tower you can get great use out of this.

    A warning about Koganmobile

    My daughter damaged her phone. The phone had a kogan esim. My daughter got a new phone to replace damaged phone. You would think you could simply download a new esim from the kogan app. No. Last week had to buy a new esim. Had to complete forms and upload ID. In the meantime the old esim has stopped working so cannot receive anything on the damaged phone ie 2fa etc. Been ongoing issue since last Wednesday. If not sorted today I think the ombudsman needs a word

      Their esim transfer is painful. Hindsight would stick to normal sim.

      Funny story I was troubleshooting issues on the phone with Kogan and I said I’m going to try deleting the eSIM please send a new QR and he went full on “DO NOT REDEEM THE CODE” meme.

      Actually reasonably happy with Kogan on the whole but yeah their backend system is like pen and paper.

        900 is overkill, I had 300 GB I think with 5G. That's more than enough for me. Even after almost 10 months, I have only used 100 GB. I mostly wfh so sim plan never really get used. Only while travel.

    Been with Telstra for years. Rarely leave Melbourne & thought that surely nowadays the big city coverage would be ok for all telcos, so bought this deal. Regretting it since day one. Full bars on phone signal, but frequently can’t open a simple webpage.

    Great deal, I got this last time. I run my boost on eSIM and Kogan on Sim set as data only at work. No problems in S24U, wouldn't recommend for daily network.

      Someone mentioned somewhere in the last deal the plan supposes to have 5G in selected area.

      I think I am suppose to be in "selected area" bur my iPhone 13 Pro which I use as modem said 4G.

      I had 650gb plan for 2 months. Rang aldimobile explained to them I'd like to get the 900gb plan. They told me to buy the new plan and they would give me back money for unused portion of the 650gb plan. Got back $167 within a week.

    That's heaps of data. In my town, Vodafone used to suck but now it is network sharing with Optus and getting the same 4g/5g speed and same Coverage which is great.

    FELIX is Vodafone and regularly has 50% off for 3 months so it's $20/month unlimited data and I use it all over SA even the country areas and no issues at all gets 5G in the city and some major country towns.

    I use it all the time on my TV running all my apps obviously not 4K as it only reaches 40mbps but overall never have any issues at all been using FELIX for YEARS and HAVE travel to Melbourne and Sydney at times & rarely lose signal but obviously restricted to 4G in certain rural areas but still see 5G in major towns like Wagga etc

    I don't get why VODAFONE gets such a bad rap here on ozB but I will Say if you're a big online gamer that may be an issue of course!

    But don't be afraid to try one month for $20 then you can cancel after a month if you're not happy guys !!

    Just wanted to let you know that last night it was a bit of a nightmare porting across to Kogan. I had to call them twice, luckily no long waiting time. When I tried to apply the voucher it kept saying error and couln't progress. It was with an esim. First time the representative said use a different browser. I tried and still no luck. Second time he did it for me on the phone and then it went through no worries. You might wanna do any of this number porting during opening times, just in case.

          you only use it as a modem. you connect it to the WAN port of your existing router. it is CAT19

      I use old iPhone 13 Pro and connect that to the Flint 3, same principle.

      Either use an old 5G phone or buy a cheap one, then use threatening, way more flexible……
