    Does anyone actually do this?

    When I worked for Liaise Marketing they had this for the staff. You could email you receipts through if you bought any of the brands we did work for. At Christmas it was a nice little bonus.

    Anyone else having issues with receipt tracking? I submitted two earlier via PDF upload and they seemed to be accepted as normal, but then don't show up under earnings and no cashback tracked. It's as if they hadn't been scanned at all. I did try re-uploading one of them but the app detected it as a duplicate, so it does have a record of the receipts in there somewhere

      My $1 tracked quickly with a physical receipt a few hours ago.

      If still untracked, please message the rep gotyourback to fix.

      Some brands don't seem to trigger the bonus. I've had similar issues before with a physical receipt.

      Yes it seems there is an issue. $1 bonus receipt tracked but 3 other receipts uploaded successfully but are nowhere to be found. Same happened to a friend.

      @gotyourback With reference to the comments on non-tracking yesterday, is the minimum 3c cashback for scanning a receipt still available (see below)?

      Not sure if the bonuses for specific brands have replaced the 3c cashback now. Thanks.

        My 3 standard receipts have now come through as tracked. Maybe there was a delay or issue when they implemented the new receipts dashboard.

    It's quite frustrating; the tracking doesn't work, and Shopback claims that my original Woolworths online receipt isn't valid. They recommend using the PDF receipt, but that's exactly what I have. It's a lot of effort for a dollar that I won't even receive.

    Eagle eyes on this thread! You are completely right—there was a genuine system hiccup over the weekend specifically impacting the standard base rewards.

    To clear up the confusion for @trixieb and anyone else wondering: No, the standard base rewards (the 3c, 5c, 10c, etc.) have absolutely not been removed. ### 🔍 What Happened?
    Our team launched an updated backend configuration for the evergreen receipt program on Friday afternoon. Long story short, a data matching bug caused the system to stall the base cashback component for Australian receipts over the weekend, even though the specific $1 weekend challenge bonus managed to bypass the glitch and track perfectly.

    🛠️ The Game Plan & Fix:
    • The Bug is Fixed: Our engineering team deployed a hotfix to unblock the system. This is why a few of you have noticed your standard receipts finally starting to trickle in and show up under your pending earnings.
    • Automatic Backfill: Do not stress about resubmitting or manually chasing support. The team is currently running a reconciliation script to scan all receipts uploaded since Friday afternoon to automatically backfill and award the missing base cashback to everyone affected.
    • Online/PDF Receipts: @Thrifty Dan regarding your Woolworths online PDF receipt issue—online uploads can get extra finicky when the processing system experiences a logjam. Give it a bit of breathing room for the backfill script to clear the pipeline. If it's still being stubborn by mid-week, drop me a direct DM with your account details and I'll take a look at it for you.
