Do I need to use Bambu branded filament?
- No, you can use any filament brand including JAYO, Anycubic, Creality, eSun, Sunlu, Elegoo etc.
What can I make?
- Print available models from Makerworld, Printables and more
- Make your own designs using Tinkercad, Fusion 360, OnShape and other software
A1 or P2S?
Both are great options, if you have the budget for it, the P2S Combo is a great buy.
- P2S is fully enclosed compared to open frame on the A1
- Comes with AMS 2 Combo which is also a filament dryer
- Core XY mechanics instead of bed slinger so more stable at tall prints
- P2S builds on the P1S workhorse with a lot of QOL improvements
- A1 takes up slightly more space but you can mount the AMS Lite on top of the A1 to take up less desk space.
- A1 & P2S are widely stocked at retailers, combine with gift cards once they drop the price in store for even more savings.
