My Sunbeam espresso machine died a few months after the warranty expired. I paid to get it repaired at a Sunbeam licenced repairer and it failed again shortly after that. So I approached Sunbeam for a repair, replacement or refund under the ACL and they denied my request so I lodged a claim via Fair Trading. Sunbeam basically told both me and fair trading to suck eggs and so I'll never buy another Sunbeam product again. Just something to be aware of if purchasing this machine.
Wss it this exact model? What was the fault and what did it cost to repair?
Didn't the repair come with a warranty on their fix?
Why does it matter? My point was that if you have any after warranty issues, namely with coffee machines, that Sunbeam probably aren't going to give a sh#t about you, fair trading or the ACL.
