What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback is eligible on contact lenses only. Glasses & frames are ineligible.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.

    Is the code for new users only? I keep getting "Unfortunately, the contents of your basket do not qualify for the promotion code entered. [coupon:url]"

      The code is for all customers including existing.

      I tested on a few contact lenses and $30 was deducted (over $149 spend). Not sure why it didn't work for you.

        It worked when I wasn't logged in, once logged in I got the error message. :\

    I can't get the MKTTC30 code to work either. I tried a couple different browsers and I had this issue the last time a similar code was on offer. I gave up in the end last time. Any suggestions?
