Looks like Optus have made their 12 month plan eligible for handset discounts again - it's been quite a while since they did this. Combined with their $60 promo plan (currently $39/month) it looks like a good deal for a phone + plan for 12 months…

S26 256GB (base model) for $64.50/month x 12 months = $774 (half price) on 12 month payment term, with $60 promo plan currently @ $39/month for first 12 months.

Total cost over 12 months = $103.50*12 = $1,242 for the phone and 12 months plan including 60GB/month etc.

This should be available on all their current discount handset offers:

S26 Ultra save $600 ($2,066.40 for 12 months)
S26+ Save $700 ($1,616.40 for 12 months)
Pixel 10 PRo XL Save $800 ($1,666,08 for 12 months)
etc

      Sorry if this is not helpful but I have seen that Vodafone gives a proper invoice. It even had the full price on it, not the discounted price. But the Harvey Norman deal for the S23 gave a $0 invoice.

      handset is still half price, there is a $45 plan now ($60 plan > $45 first 12 months)
