EOFY

Brini Red Top Blewitt Springs Shiraz 2017.

This is part of Skye Cellars EOFY sale, and I thought people here may enjoy some aged MV.

Brini Estate is an exceptional boutique McLaren Vale producer, historically renowned for supplying fruit to the likes of Penfolds. This 2017 release is now 9 years old, sitting perfectly in its prime drinking window. Sourced from the premium sandy soils of Blewitt Springs, it delivers a rich, smooth, and beautifully integrated aged Shiraz profile. Incredible value for cellared, estate-grown stock at under $13 a bottle.

    • Nice one. My Membership was out so renewed with that code and them promptly bought the rizza.

      Thanks for highlighting

  • Anyone had any of their wines and can recommend/feedback?

    • Do you have any preference in style of wine? I have tasted a fair bit, I may be able to guide you depending what you prefer.

    • I've bought a couple times. I thought the Cali road Shiraz was ok for the discounted price but I'd be extremely disappointed paying RRP. It's difficult as everyone's taste differs, and in the end taste is what matters not the discount. Only one way to find out! Great service from Skye cellars though. The good news is the wine market is flooded so I'm hoping prices drop long term for all wine - something that has not yet translated at major retailers…
