Not everyone wants a large phone or want to go through the hassle of changing phone carriers if they are happy with what they have.
This price is good. Not everyone like big screen phones.
It is not as heavy as s26 ultra. Some people with smal hand will prefer S26

Features, performance…camera starting to fall behind the Chinese brands. Not to mention all the AI crap they are pushing. YMM but I moved from a Moto to Samsung and regret it. Not worth the price premium.

Moto Edge 50 Neo which has a 6.4 inch display > Sammy S25 which has 6.2 inch.
Considering they are roughly the same weight, the premium of paying 2x price of Neo with S25… isn't worth it.
