I have just rejoined Medibank and I was looking around the MyMedibank App when I found this. Under the Care Icon, click on Health programs, then Challenge Plus. There are 2: Heart and Gut, with up to 2000 points each. There are a pre and post survey and 30 days of activities. I haven't started this yet as Live Better is down atm. I cannot link to page as its in the app. .

Can't believe this could have been a deal, am about 10k short of the amount needed for Apple Watch and was hoping to gain some points. I came across the activities thinking that these are common and that I have wasted the last year or so of holding the policy and not bothering to login.
On that note, any other ways to collect points apart from the obvious ones shows in app?
How have you raked up that many point?
Sign up bonus gave 50k of those, 5K came from some give back promotion. Could have been way more if I logged in frequently.

Thanks OP. Had a 500 point earning health check to do as well… just to make sure Medibank know how lazy I am.
the task requires daily check in and cannot miss a single day. tried this challenge but it is too easy to forget. unless you have set up alarm for this whole month. it is likely to miss out some days and reduce you rewards.
I've given up altogether. they also introduced verify login with phone sms. trouble if you not have phone handy.
Looked at it and the daily activities seem like a massive chore. In addition to selling your health data to a health insurer - who knows what it will do with your premiums or claims.
On the other hand, the Live better rewards/weekly challenges are much easier and better. Do the weekly goals (easy to fake your sleep on Samsung) for 800 points a month, and the additional challenges for around 1000-2000 a month (also easily fakeable). All they take is 3 min a week.

Fair points above about having to hit every day however T&C's allow you to miss some days and still earn an okay amount of points:
50% Completion: 1000 points
75% Completion: 1500 points
100% Completion: 2000 points

I missed the 17th day for both. Wouldn't have worried about the last couple of days had I known.
Successfully completed this to 100%. I just made a habit of doing it every night before bed lol. Have received the points too. Thanks OP, wouldn't have known about this challenge otherwise!
How did you manage to check off the daily tasks? I was in the middle of the challenges but the app UI updated for me, the Care tab looks completely different now and I can no longer find the challenges :(
My app updated itself too about a couple of weeks ago, took me a while to find the challenges again heh. Finally found it in the Care tab, at the top where it says Health journey, tap See all, then under Up next, scroll down and you should see the challenges there.
I think that's what my app used to look like, but now it looks like this! Strange that you're not seeing the same, appreciate the help though!
@zmv: Huh that's really weird! My app says it's on the latest version, but maybe yours is an even newer update? Must be annoying when you're halfway through the challenges :( Fingers crossed they've just hidden them somewhere else and haven't removed them completely.
To start, I just scrolled down and clicked Accept. It has taken me to the pre survey
