I've found Target to accept two individual orders daily before placing the next under a "manual review".

Unsure about those RRP in the post as the target website lists a price lower than the rrp For example the first item Target has a regular price of $129 not $149 for NINJAGO Ninja Team Combo Vehicle 71820

Eevee is at good price though. But yeah not all the listed RRP is Target's usual RRP.

Fair call, BigW, Target, Kmart will sell under RRP then further discount when they have sales, but do revert to RRP from time to time (same price as Myer, lego.com, Amazon, AG Bricks Megastore, etc). The "standard selling price" varies depending on retailer, I'm using RRP as the anchor.

Not sure if it's a once off or they are doing it now to save cost, Target sent the Lego without any packaging. They just shrink wrapped the Lego box and sent it. Received the box with damage of course.
