        This is true for low quality fish oil you can find at chemist warehouse however there are 2/3 brands which make great quality third party tested fish oil and then it's worth it.

      go for cod liver oil or alternatively opt for a direct dha and epa combo that has a higher concentration extraction, go to the back dispensary and ask for bioceuticals brand. this is the brand thats slept on but worth its value. if on a budget go for your retail bioglan or natures own.

      Don't. Fish oil is food; it goes bad if not consumed in time. It oxidises; goes rancid. Buy the least you need till your next purchase.
