What will stop me getting my cashback

• If your order tracks to your account with $0 cashback, or if it tracks with an amount and is later declined, one of the terms below has been breached. Do not submit a claim as it cannot be honoured.
• Cashback is ineligible on purchases using any vouchers or store credit, and on any orders that opt in and receive a rewards voucher.
• Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
• Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.

What else is essential

• Customer status (new or existing) is determined solely by THE ICONIC. TopCashback has no control over this process.
• Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
• Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
• Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
• Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

Good to know

• Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
• If any part of an order is cancelled, returned, exchanged, modified, or credited, the entire order will become ineligible and cashback will be declined.
