The Toyota Go Movies $9 standard movie ticket offer (Offer) is offered to you through Toyota Go and its affiliation with third-party retail partners.
The Offer is available to all active Toyota Go customers with an active account (Toyota Go Member).
Access to Toyota Go Movies will no longer be available if you no longer have an active Toyota Go account.
Toyota Go Movies will be accessible from the Rewards & Offers Hub in Toyota Go.
The Offer is limited to one (1) redemption per Toyota Go Member, with a maximum of four (4) standard movie tickets per eligible member.
A total of 4,013 $9 standard tickets are available.

Offer is available from 1 July 2026 10:00 AM AET until 29 July 2026 10:00 AM AET (Term) unless extended, or until the standard ticket allocation is exhausted, whichever comes first. Offer will revert to an always-on reward discount on movie tickets at major and independent cinemas. New movies and sessions released each week.
Eligible standard movie sessions (STND) will be clearly identified within the booking platform with a ticket icon. Only sessions displaying this icon qualify for the $9 ticket offer.
The offer applies only to standard cinema sessions and standard seating.
The Offer does not apply to premium cinema formats or experiences, including but not limited to premium large formats or premium seating such as VMAX, Xtreme Screen, Gold Class, Lux, IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX, reclining seating formats or similar premium experiences offered by participating cinemas.
Tickets purchased under this Offer may be redeemed as any combination of adult or child standard tickets for a standard session only.
Available to a Toyota customer with a valid Australian Toyota vehicle in their Toyota Go account within Toyota Go (including VIN and registration details).
Toyota Go Members may purchase cinema tickets through Toyota Go Movies (Tickets).
Payment for Tickets must be made as directed by Toyota and/or Choovie.
A Ticket entitles an individual admission to the chosen movie, at the chosen time and venue as selected through the Toyota Go platform. For avoidance of doubt Tickets are only valid for the session selected.
Tickets are:
Non-refundable.
Not transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other gift products.
Not valid in conjunction with other offers.
Not valid for group bookings, special events, movie marathons or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.
A surcharge applies for premium sessions and seating concepts including but not limited to 3D, Vmax, Xtreeme, Vpremium, Vjunior or Dolby Atmos, Samsung Onyx sessions, recliners or daybeds. 3D glasses must be purchased separately at an additional cost.

If you select a movie at Hoyts, Event, Village, Palace or Readings cinemas you will receive vouchers. The vouchers are valid for a period of 6-12 months. If you wish to secure your seat, please visit the cinema's website and use the barcode Ticket you have been sent to secure your seat. Otherwise, simply show your Voucher at the door (phone or printout).
How to redeem
Toyota Go Movies is accessible from Toyota Go within the Benefits section.
Eligible Toyota Go Members may purchase Tickets by first selecting the Toyota Go Movies tile, opening the Toyota Go Movies platform and following the prompts for the venue, movie, session time, and Ticket quantity.
Utilise Toyota Go Movies by creating a Choovie account as directed, by registering your email address, first name and last name.
Eligible Toyota Go Members who purchase Tickets will receive a barcode which is the Ticket or voucher (Barcode Ticket).
The Barcode Ticket can be either printed or used in its electronic format from a smart phone.
Not all purchases made via Toyota Go Movies represent a secured seat. If a Ticket is purchased for Hoyts, Event, Village or Readings cinemas, a secured seat can be purchased by visiting the relevant cinema’s website and using the Barcode Ticket to secure the seat. Otherwise, simply show the Barcode Ticket at the door (electronic format or printout).
For Hoyts, Event, Village, Palace or Readings cinemas, each voucher is redeemable for one admission ticket. Refer to the voucher T&Cs for restrictions. Each voucher is valid until the expiry date indicated and cannot be exchanged, extended or replaced. If redeemed at the cinema’s website both the voucher number and PIN are required to be entered. Booking fees will apply.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Once a Toyota Go Movies order and Ticket has been confirmed it cannot be altered or cancelled, and refunds will not be provided for change of mind or customer error at the time of booking. The Toyota Go Member and Ticket holder is responsible for taking care to review the order to ensure that all details are correct before completing the payment process. If an incorrect email address is provided during registration, Tickets cannot be delivered.
On rare occasions a cinema may cancel or change a planned movie session to which Tickets have been sold. While Toyota, Toyota Go and Choovie are not responsible for cinema cancellations or changes, Choovie will use all reasonable endeavours to provide notice of cancellations and changes prior to the planned session time and offer a full refund.
If there are any technical issues with the Toyota Go Movies booking platform, Choovie will use all reasonable steps to honour the Tickets.
Activity Specific Terms & Conditions
In addition to these terms and conditions, any Ticket purchased is subject to such further terms and conditions as may apply in respect of the Ticket purchased as disclosed elsewhere during the Ticket purchasing process.
