Cheap subscription offer to Nine (ex Fairfax) Newspapers. $1 per week, billed $4.33 per month for 3 months. Rinse & repeat.

The key here is signup to the Brisbane Times and then use the same login credentials to login to any of the other Nine newspapers; SMH, The Age and/or WAtoday. Select PayPal to pay so it is easy to cancel by cancelling auto-payment.

Here's what worked for me:

1 - Open URL
2 - Create a new account or log in if you have an account already
3 - When prompted select PayPal as your payment method
4 - Set a reminder in your calendar to cancel the PayPal auto-payments a week before the 3 month trial finishes
5 - Cancel PayPal auto-payments for "Fairfax Media Limited" before the 3 months is up

You will get nag emails once the 4th month payment fails. Eventually your access will expire. I have been able to repeat the 3 month trial following that access revocation many times.

    Just want to reconfirm, by subscribing Brisbane time you can gain a full access to SMH…etc with no issue. Is this correct?

        You do get access to the SMH website directly, and/or the websites for The Age and WAtoday. I'm logged into all 3 right now. Plus the Brisbane Times.

    If you use Firefox browser and install the Bypass Paywalls Clean extension you will have access to SMH and Brisbane Times, possibly others (I haven't checked) at no cost.
