💳 Payment Process
- $1,000 deposit per system
- 60% of total price lock-the-date payment before installation
- Remaining balance upon completion
Payment receipts can be provided for each stage.
Please note: once the installation date is locked, the customer needs to make sure someone is at the property on installation day. If the job is cancelled by the customer after the date is locked, the deposit may not be refundable, as this is a special promotional price.
Weather-related rescheduling will be handled separately.

** Q: Is the price after rebate?**
A: Yes, the listed promotional price is based on eligible rebate and standard Melbourne Metro installation. Final price depends on rebate eligibility, site condition, switchboard condition, cable run, battery location, approval requirements and backup requirements.
** Q: Do I need a Gateway for backup?**
A: For full-house backup, a Gateway is essential. For essential circuit backup, the required setup depends on the final system design and electrician assessment.
** Q: Can I back up the whole house?**
A: Full-house backup may be possible in most cases up to 63A, around 10~15kW capability for Sigen Gateway. But it depends on your switchboard, wiring, inverter capacity, load requirements and site condition. A Gateway is required for full-house backup and will be quoted separately.
** Q: What is essential circuit backup?**
A: Essential circuit backup means only selected circuits will be backed up during a blackout. These may include fridge, Wi-Fi / modem, selected lights, selected power points, garage door or basic home office equipment.
** Q: Can air conditioners, ovens, EV chargers or electric hot water be backed up? **
A: High-load appliances may not be suitable for essential backup and may need to be excluded. Final backup design depends on inverter capacity, wiring, load size and electrician assessment.
** Q: Can I add solar panels at the same time?**
A: Yes. We can quote solar + battery packages separately. Please mention this in the enquiry form so we can check your roof, inverter options, connection approval and rebate eligibility.
** Q: Do you have other battery brands?**
A: Yes. We also offer other brands such as Fox ESS, Alpha, Growatt, Sofar, Hyxi, EcoFlow, Sungrow and other available options depending on customer needs and stock.
** Q: How long does installation take?**
A: Most standard battery installations can usually be completed in one day after approval and scheduling, but this depends on site condition, approval, weather, electrician availability and whether extra work is required.
** Q: Can I get an exact quote immediately?**
A: We can provide an estimate first, but the final confirmed price depends on site inspection, switchboard condition, battery location, cable run, backup requirement, rebate eligibility and approval requirements.
** Q: After I pay the deposit and sign the proposal, how long will it take to install the battery? **
A: Generally, installation can be arranged around 2–3 weeks after the signed proposal and deposit are received, subject to stock, approval, weather, electrician availability and site conditions.
** Q: If I submit the enquiry form, is my price or installation spot guaranteed?**
A: No. Submitting the enquiry form only allows us to check your eligibility and site condition. The installation spot and promotional price are only locked after the proposal is signed and the deposit is paid.
** Q: I want to add extra work or change something. Can we discuss it on installation day?**
A: No. Any extra work or changes need to be discussed and confirmed before installation day. The installation team will only complete the approved scope of work listed in the signed proposal.
** Q: I want the battery installed before I travel. Can you rush the installation? **
A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee urgent installation. We will do our best to arrange the earliest available date, but installation depends on approval, stock, weather, electrician schedule and site conditions. Please do not proceed if you require a guaranteed rush installation.
** Q: Can you guarantee the exact day the inspector will come?**
A: Unfortunately, no. The post-installation inspection is usually arranged and conducted by a third-party inspector, so we cannot guarantee the exact inspection date. If you have not been contacted by the inspector within 3 weeks after installation, please contact us and we will help it follow up.
