I bought this from the last deal, 4 weeks of usage and my teeth became very sensitive.
Went back to colgate and they are fine now. Not sure why.

Check which toothpaste you have.
There are different Sensodyne toothpastes:
- Daily care
- Sensitivity & Gum Extra Fresh
- Rapid Relief Extra Fresh
- …etc
In the Repair and Protect Deep Repair range there are different editions:
- Cool mint
- Extra fresh
- Whitening
Any form of whitening procedure eg toothpaste, mouthwash etc can cause teeth sensitivity.
If you don't want to throw the toothpaste away, use the toothpaste (whitening) once a day, with a few days of buffer using a different toothpaste (cool mint/extra fresh/or other).
You will need to trial and error what works for you: whitening in either morning or night and the number of days you need to buffer.
This is good advice and aligns with my experience - Repair and Protect is great, but if my partner uses the whitening type consistently her sensitivity will flare up until she rotates to a non-whiting version. I can use the whitening one all the time with no ill effects.
Thanks.. that is good information.. I bought 1 of each, Cool mint, Extra Fresh and Whitening.
Currently only used the "Cool Mint" (half finished in the 4-5 weeks I used it for).. my front teeth became so sensitive I couldnt drink or each anything slighlty hot or cold.. I didnt use any other toothpaste or mouthwash during that period.
Went back to using the Colgate total charcoal deep clean that I was using previously.. 1.5 week of use and my teeth are almost back to normal sensitivity.
My teeth have become prone to being sensitive after a sugary/fizzy drink, so I thought I will try the magical Novamin lol.
Charcoal toothpaste is abrasive so you may not want to be using it long term.
Give the Extra Fresh a go, the Mint might be causing the trigger.
Or you could try the other Sensodyne range. But only the Repair and Protect Deep Repair contains Novamin.
Also worth looking into BioMin F (instead of BioMin C) as an alternative option.
Hopefully none of toothpaste you purchased were fake Sensodyne toothpaste
Some toothpastes can make underlying problems more apparent. When was the last time you had a dental checkup?
Does anyone know what happened to Sensodyne Pronamel toothpaste? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
Right!? No clue either. What do you use now I haven't found anything that works for sensitivity
Not sure, I thought they were a different company back when I started using it? I just assumed Sensodyne just decided to assimilate and kill the line as it wasn't one of theirs.
Could be completely wrong on that though obviously, but I couldn't find anything actually saying it had been discontinued or a reason for it not being available.

I don't think it has got Novamin ingredient.
Which means?
You only buy Sensodyne for the Novamin if you don't have sensitivity. Anything else sold by the company is overpriced. Novamin is good stuff and is a patented ingredient closely guarded by the company.
However If you do have sensitivity you're batter off trying out different toothpastes until you find one that you like, but Sensodyne is usually the starting point for many.

Fake Sensodyne toothpaste manufacturing factory busted in Delhi.
