Spoke to CS asking why it wasn't working. They've now said they will honour the voucher, might be worth for others, only took me ten minutes on their text chat
will not buy from them since they sucked me into a promotion they did not honour. It said one free dose of flea drops if you buy 3 and it arrived without the free dose. When I complained they said out of stock. I never would have purchased it without their fake promotion
