Seems like a decent price for the new 5000 series air fryer (most places have it listed at $500). Has good reviews too.

Got it myself because household members insisted on an air fryer with the slide rail feature which this seems to be one of the few that has it.

  what is the deal with the one star review on amazon?

  they say because only one handle, taking out the basket leaves a trail of oil wherever you take it. so I thought because of self clean steaming design, that the basket has holes in it? or there is no bottom on the basket?

  but all pictures show the bottom is just like their other air fryers. solid with those swirl pattern. so how is this person spilling all the oil? are they holding it at a 45 degree angle because it's a big basket (7.2l) and only one handle?? they say it's a serious design flaw not sure.
