Gotta say, unless you're running a crazy connection and system, 10 GbE for WiFi is a little over the top.
U7-Pro / U7-Max / U7-lite / U7-Outdoor are plenty, offering 2.5G. But even that's over the top, personally, I'd stick with the U6 series and invest in something better once multi-gig makes more sense.

There's a demographic who doesn't understand what over the top means lol. This is probably pretty tame by comparison of how much I've seen people in the home networking subreddit spend on.

IDK maybe you are editing 8K video on your phone over remote desktop… that's also on Wi-Fi…
Honestly, even 2.5G feels silly. I've got a 1GB connection for my work, and we run like 100's of staff off that.

Have the ironed out the issues with U7 IOT? I went U6 series for stability. Had it for over a year and not skipped a beat.

I've got one of these and it's stable as a rock. I have heard reliability issues with the original u7 pro.

As a networking noob, U7-Lite seems like a good spec vs price point if wanting to get in to the ubiquiti ecosystem. Do you think there is any significant benefit going for anything higher than this? I am not in a densely populated apartment building so I don't think I need to worry about 6ghz
