In my experience:
The My NRMA fuel discount offer cannot be stacked with the Toyota Go discount. If the staff member scans both discounts, the checkout will automatically void the first discount offer that was scanned.
The 6c/L Ampol app discount is only redeemable when paying via FuelPay on the Ampol app. On the other hand, the Toyota Go discount is only redeemable when paying in-store, so the two cannot be stacked in the same transaction.
However, if you visit an Ampol Foodary that accepts the Woolworths fuel discount offer, you can stack that with the Toyota Go discount in this deal (or the My NRMA discount) when paying in-store.1
Not all Ampol Foodary service stations currently accept the Woolworths fuel discount offer, but the number has gone up dramatically over the last couple of weeks (with another 21 added today). This either means all Ampol Foodary service stations will one day accept the Woolworths fuel discount offer, or something strange is going on with the store locator on the Ampol website. ↩
Can confirm my local ampol foodary which usually doesnt have 4cpl via EDR today has the capability, last Tuesday it wasn’t there yet. So i was able to stack 8cpl Toyota + 4cpl EDR = 12cpl disc 🤑
Ampol Foodary Marsden and Ampol Foodary Robina which were points only locations just over two months ago just had their Save 4c with Everyday Rewards replacement signs installed on the pylons not long ago. So would assume either most (if not all) Ampol Foodary locations will eventually offer the Woolworths Fuel Discount now that Ampol now owns the EG Ampol brand (which the EG branding is gradually being phased out).
I just re-checked the Ampol store locator and saw another 16 Ampol Foodary service stations started accepting the Woolworths fuel discount today. Two Ampol Foodary service stations were also completely removed from the store locator today (Kogarah, Toowoomba North), and I suspect those will be converted into U-GO.
It looks like your assumption is right, because I had a look at the ACCC's Phase 2 determination document for the EG Australia acquisition, and it says:
2.11. Ampol also submits that following the Acquisition, it will continue and expand its retail convenience and shopper docket discount arrangement that Woolworths currently has with the EG Australia site network. Ampol has agreed with Woolworths to increase the number of Ampol retail owned and operated retail sites that participate in the shopper docket discount <redacted>. This will be in addition to the 200 Ampol owned and operated retail sites that already participate in the shopper docket discount program.
@WookieMonster: Can also confirm that at least one of today's 16 additions to Ampol Foodary's Woolworths Fuel Redemption network has the Woolworths Discount module working per today's visit to Ampol Foodary Sippy Downs during a work trip.
Current count of Ampol Foodary locations per Ampol's station finder accepting the Woolworths Fuel Discount is 334 (including the 4 Tasmania locations), will assume this will gradually increase in drips over the next week or two.

How do you get the QR code on the toyota app? I was able to use the 8c/L off from the app back in March, but I can't find it any more.
I am able to get a code by logging into the website on my phone, but it's less convenient
