    My favourite phone I've owned. It was widely assumed the battery would be rubbish, but this has not been my experience at all.

    At this price, highly recommend. At the original price, maybe not because the gap between it and the true flagships was not big, but at half the price of those flagships, a great deal

        Slim profile, light weight. Very handy dimensions (sitting between Plus and Ultra models), Camera quality are a few to list. But main thing is the form factor which, once you get used to, (e.g. S25 Edge, iPhone Air) it feels very difficult to move back to heavier and larger phones. I have S25 Edge, S26U and iPhone 17 Pro Max, but I would say my favorite among the three is S25 Edge for daily use. I spend most of time either WFH or at Office, so battery isn't an issue for me, but it easily lasts for a day with normal use.

            @Mjk698: iPhone is from work, S25 Edge is my regular personal phone. And S26U I recently bought from HN/Optus deal hoping to replace my S25 Edge but didn't find it worth the upgrade, hence planning to it sell soon 🙂 So effectively just two phones: one personal and other work phone.

                @asteroxz-winz: I am a normal user i.e. don't play games, or much fussed about the camera zoom etc as usually take photos on the go. Also either WFH or in office so always have access to chargers so that takes away the battery capacity as well. In the end, Edge works best for me due to its perfect size (something between Plus and Ultra), slim profile and light weight. No difference in performance of the phone as Edge is still more than capable for normal users.

    This price is what it should be worth at retail. Typical Samsung asking the most they can on launch and halving it not long after.

    Another thing to consider is that the Edge line sold so poorly that they did not bring it back.

      Mainly because of narratives that weren't true, which led to people not buying it. The same reviewers who said the battery would be terrible then came back praising the design of the iPhone Air which has a worse battery than the S25 Edge.

      Also, at the original price, was a bit of a weird one as it wasn't far off flagship pricing so you might as well have just bought the flagship. Its a good phone though!

    I love mine because of the form factor but still cannot daily it and using iPhone 17e now. Bought it at launch from EDU store for $936. Fingerprint scanner is not the best and even with no scratches has a 50% hit rate. Also, the 200mp camera is not the same as the Ultra and low light performance is only on par with iPhone 17e.
