      My December one took to April, i suspect my March will come in August, and this one i just did probably come November. Engie had a credit of 270 this time around for me to… Basically getting free gas year round doing these.

      Anyone else not get paid out by TCB for the $95 Superloop promo back in February https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/948252?
      I put in a claim, but they said Superloop had turned it down and there's nothing they can do, so received a big fat zilch from TCB due to SL

        Mines only just turned payable. It took 25 weeks. It effectively locks you into two months of full price because of superloop's cancellation policy.

        I checked before switching from Origin to AGL last week. It would cost me about $10 more per month for electricity, and gas is about the same. But if I stay for three months and then switch to another provider, it's still worth it.

      Your "low" daily supply charge will eventually change whether you stay with them or not. Probably on 1 Aug if you haven't had a change notice sent to you yet.

      You win by churning utilities by chasing cashback/bonus offers.

      Loyalty never wins when it comes to utilities. Swapping is profitable/free entirely if done regularly.

    Does anyone know if ‘stay active for 45 days policy start date’ refers to when you first sign with the company, or the date of actual meter switchover?
    We’ve found it can take up to 2-3 months for previous companies to take over from the last one.

      You can change your billing cycle from every 3 months to monthly, so the switchover should be much quicker.

    They scammed me 'ecconex', I switched a couple of months ago, no 300$ GC, opened a case and they said my switch was never tied to any promotion, WTF. They do the promotions, they don't know what promotion was on at the time.
