  Hi the image size should be 68mm x 121mm (Portrait orientation 9:16) and the panel size is 72mm x 125mm

Not sure where these are shipped from but last time I ordered those name keychains, it took almost a month for delivery and quality is below average. orders from aliexpress gets delivered with in a week at most 10 days.
