      I'm guessing OP made a typo, as this watch is 43mm, which is a bit large for some.

  Pretty good watch overall, I mostly agree with that reddit post.

  The smartphone companion software is only OK, it's mostly functional and works, but it can be a little janky. Some functions just don't work for reasons but it doesn't tell you what they are - if you adjust the right combo of things then they'll just start working.

  The watch also constantly asks me to reset it even though it's working fine.

  Haptics motor kind of sucks.

  Software support is kind of ass - wearos7 is out, and we're still waiting for wearos6 to come out. Security updates are sporadic and infrequent.

  Otherwise works well enough, but I mostly keep it because the battery life is great.

    This is the reason I swtiched out of samsung watches over to the Huawei Fit Pro 5 during the sale a couple of months ago. Battery lasts a week for me and charges so much faster. Does about 99% of the stuff I did with the sammy watches. Def won't be switching back anytime soon (or ever).

      I personally went for Amazfit because I don't care about NFC payments and I easily get 2 weeks of battery life. It does all the app notifications, sleep and fitness tracking just fine.

  I don't think there is much else comparable for $224.

  I'm on the Oppo x2 version for the last year or so after migrating to Oppo/Android from the Apple ecosystem.

  I got the watch and tws buds free with my phone and after a year of use I can say the watch was an upgrade overall in comparison to my old Apple watch and the buds were a tolerable side grade/slight downgrade from my airpod pros 2.

  The watch has some occasional janky CN oddities but barely noticeable, overall it's reliable and the NFC works great. Battery life is excellent and charging is super fast. My Oppo is still on WearOS 5 but I don't really mind to be honest.

  I don't understand how this device can sell for $224 and it trades blows and with products priced several times higher, even surpassing in several departments.

  I'm also on my original band after a year, every other watch I've owned I would be on at least second or third. Even my wife with her $2k Garmin replaces her band at least once within a year. How do our "janky, low quality, IP stealing" friends from the orient put out a low priced product with an extremely comfortable and better made band?

    Except they're selling really well and US/EU aren't their only markets. The speculation they want people to buy their budget brand Realme and premium brand Oppo only on the global stage (not Asia where OnePlus is still sold) makes sense in a way.
