Increased rate applies for policies purchased via the ShopBack link between 10am-6pm today.
If you have already purchased a policy within the past 14 days and have not commenced travel, you can easily cancel it and purchase another policy without penalty. Beyond 14 days, there is a $35 cancellation fee.
Referee: $20 after minimum $50 eligible spend and received at least $20 "Confirmed" cashback in 180 days.
Referrer: $20 after referee completes requirements.
They are highly rated, have won multiple awards, and are one of the most regularly recommended insurers on Reddit/Facebook/most other places where you would undertake travel research.
From personal experience: I have had to claim under their policies three times in the past (including one medical emergency that ended up costing $10k+) and encountered zero issues. Their quotes have also been consistently on-par/cheaper than competitors with comparable policies.
Based on my experience with their claims process alone, I usually go with them when I travel overseas.

I feel like every time Shopback do one of these deals, their system fails to process the purchases properly.
Yep, mine tracked at 5% instead of the 30%. Logged a ticket and they're looking into it.
There was something about it tracking incorrectly until it approves? If thats the case, it'll be so far down the line they're probably hoping people don't chase up on it cause they've forgotten
Only 5% tracked and paid couple of days ago for me as well!
They adjusted the missing cashback without much argument or trouble… it's also approved and withdrawable now, which is nice.
I wonder how much of it is goodwill though, because I have another ticket for BWS in right now also which they are fluffing around with.
