We've secured a tiny parcel of premium 2017 Barossa Shiraz that's had the benefit of extended bottle age and is now drinking beautifully.
Originally sold at $120 per bottle direct from the winery, this museum-release Shiraz is now available at a fraction of the price due to some label damage. While a number of bottles have cosmetic label imperfections, the wine itself has been carefully cellared and is in excellent condition.
Expect generous layers of blackberry, dark plum and black cherry, complemented by dark chocolate, spice and beautifully integrated oak. Years of bottle age have brought the wine into perfect balance, with silky tannins and a long, complex finish.
