        Basically better quality materials and construction. Not sure if it justifies the $300+ RRP for MiUSA, but might be worth grabbing at $90.

        The US made ones are made with suede and supposedly better mesh.

        I've had mine for about 2 years and they've held up well.

          oh apparently nubuck is real leather, and is > suede. TIL.

          Nubuck is a premium top-grain leather that has been sanded or buffed on the outer side to create a soft, velvety texture. Because it is made from the tough outermost layer of the hide, it is much stronger and more durable than suede, which is made from the softer, inner split layer.
