        I fully expected to go bald. My grandfather and all my uncles were basically bald by 30, same with my cousins (mums side)… My dads side all have hair. Guess I got really lucky.

        Covid didn't my self haircuts and blade 0-1 and not even bald.. it's super easy and low maintenance and cheap!

        why would i try these pills. by all means go ahead - i don't think they would do anything.
        Propecia is the best - get a script for proscar generic 5mg. cut into 1/4 (~1mg per day). ends up being about $30 for 4 months, dead easy, most people (99%) no side effects.

    Faith in common sense is restored more than any hair from taking these vitamins.

    I teach physics and chemistry to nursing students and have to break the news that unless you have a specific deficiency, these are a complete waste of time and money. Sure there are times such as during pregnancy, if you're on certain medications, or unable to get sunshine and make your own vitamin D, but 99.9% of people won't see any benefit from products like this.

    Amazes me that these groups can make claims but have the legal retort of "we said it 'may' help with…." They rake in billions of dollars with unsubstantiated, untested claims meanwhile the world screams about BigPharma only wants to make money, not provide health benefits 🙄
