  • is this better than the fujifilm x-m5 deal?

    • 1% of the price and it can still take a picture

      • And the Donut Speaker is cheaper than some fancy donuts.

    • Yes. This has a built-in flash unlike the X-M5

    • Maybe on par with the Fuji X-Half

    • They'll achieve the same 90's low quality film look.

  • Wow USB-C charging!

  • Any details on the microsd card included? It's that cheaper than you can buy a 32gb microsd these days?

    • It will be a $2 Alibaba microSD card that will last at least until you open the box, maybe longer.

    • So far it's held up for a few months in the camera as our three year old picks it up and takes some photos every now and then. Can't complain, I guess.

  • The 32GB micro SD card is almost worth the $10

  • Free camera with $10 memory card

    • Don't forget the included keychain, lanyard, charge & data cable, and user manual.

I'm really looking forward to the user manual.

      • "If zoom requiring be made, step closer.

If when large person or tree photo requiring, take many steps for opposing direction.

        Device not certified for colonoscopy.

Charge device no more when warning fire appears.

        Enjoy many happy Anko products."

        • Device not certified for colonoscopy.

          I'm out.

          • @OnlyHans: It only said not certified.

            It's capability is your determination.

            • @Frackingiscool: For $10 I expect my colonoscopy photography to be certified.

If I want uncertified colonoscopy photography I'll just continue to ask strangers walking past my house.

              • @OnlyHans: That's way better than me parting cheeks behind reversing cars at the proctologists hoping one of them can give me a 2nd opinion via reversing camera

            • @Frackingiscool: Paige, no.

          • @OnlyHans: Fortunately, so is the camera.

            • @McFly: Guys, stop. I have Crohn’s and I’ve laughed so hard at this thread I’ve already shit myself twice.

  • stockingland-fillers

    • My thoughts too. I usually just buy this junk give it to my kids. It breaks and then I get annoyed at it being in the house for years

Instead of buying I will just do a Haikou

      Cheap crap fills my house.
      The bargain I can't resist.
      The problem is me.

  • Interesting post. Didn't know digital cameras/video recorders of this price point exist.

    • Nice find, it's actually the Space Shuttle.

    • "Colour temperature range: 7300-7900K"

Yikes. No mention of colour temperature on the 9.50 lamp. I didn't order one because it looks cold white.

      • warm white LED
        Colour temperature: 3000K±300K.

        • It wasn't me who negged you. I thank you for your quote. But can you please tell us which light that you are describing and where you found the spec?

It says on the $9.50 '4-in-1 Rechargeable Light' page:

Product Details > Technical specifications > Luminaire information: Colour temperature: 3000K±300K.

      • The site and box pics are way off then. Misleading advertising.

  • Thanks OP, ordered the camera. Hope it gets delivered.

  • got the mini digital camera when it first came out and its pretty fun to use. dont use it as often but it was nice carrying it and taking random pics here and there. good fun if you like a slightly vintage grainy look aka lower res

    • good fun if you like a slightly vintage grainy look aka lower res

On the other hand, your phone could do the same thing if you download some random retro camera app.

      • oh yeah totally and this is what actually got me into getting one lol. what youre paying for is the experience of playing around with a camera without the expensive price tag. its a much cheaper / sustainable option compared to those disposable film cameras.

Some of my mates have them and we all take pics and upload it to a google albumn to share the joy.

  • Great deal on bluetooth speaker with wireless charging magnetic stand ($9 delivered with onepass)

    https://www.kmart.com.au/product/wireless-charging-speaker-4…

  • I assume the camera quality is absolutely rubbish but kids might get a kick out of it?

  • What about the $15 video camcorder! (720p) Also available in pink.

    • The video quality has a real "found footage" look.

      • It's like in some parts of that video he's in the 1990s, some parts he's in the future!

  • Caution: This is not a toy. lol

This is 100% a toy. People are buying this for kids.

    • Kids have a phone unless baby kids.

      • No they don't. I'm buying a camera each for my 6 and 7 year olds. They won't have phones for a long time.

  • Re Onepass free delivery…. Normally it doesn't work with items marked "Clearance"

  • Is the Kmart website broken for anyone? All the delivery box elements infinitely load.

    • Looks like something is up with OnePass. Everything is errored out in my account page lol.

  • Got the camera for my 3 year old so she stops taking my phone and taking a million photos of her foot.

  • How may MB for each shot on the camera? Or maybe I missed it.

  • What's the camera res, 640x480?

    • It's actually a 1080p still from what is a video source - so it's not taking photos per se, just getting a still frame from a video capture. The pictures are not foul.

  • Says microSD card not included on the box instore

    • Can confirm as card is inside

      • Just got mine delivered and there was no SD card unless it was hidden in the packaging somewhere

        • Same
Cant find it just had it delivered

          • @chelseanepal: It’s in the little box with the cable. Inside a plastic case:

            • @PropertyPig: turns out the packaging of mine is different to that shown on the website. The box shown on website mentions it includes an SD card. The box I received does not say this

              • @IdBuyThat4aDollar: They must have changed the packaging and excluded the card when they got more expensive. Mine also has none.

On the box it says "Expandable Micro SD memory up to 32GB (Not included).

                • @cheepo:

On the box it says "Expandable Micro SD memory up to 32GB (Not included).

                  Same here. Received yesterday.
No micro SD card inside. It was too good to be true.
The micro SD card alone will cost more than $10.

  • And almost unbelievably that $10 camera can be used as a webcam!

    • How??

      • USB mode in PC I think

        • Wow, it worked. If you connect the camera without any SD card inserted it will act as a webcam

  • Received but no SD card with it?

    • Same here. Very disappointing.

  • I got mine today and I wasn’t expecting it to be so small. It’s the size of half a matchbox car. My kid likes it though and it did come with a mini SD card.

  • Got the camera delivered today, didn’t come with SD card

    • Update- talked to the customer rep, they refunded me for the order, no need to return

      • Best deal!

      • how did you talk to the rep? Is there a number as mine also didn't include the SD card

        • Nice one.

I suspect the spec is meant to say support upto 32GB.

      • Did you happen to have a screenshot as they are wanting one now…

  • In contrast to the 4-in-1 rechargeable light, for 50c more, Kmart says its desk lamp has:

    adjustable colour temperature

  • Seems like there is a version with no SD card included, I picked two up without checking and only noticed at home. 😔

    https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/190487/130682/scan_202…

  • Landfill destined.

  • Just got my $10 refund.
Everyone who did not get a SD card should submit an enquiry form to complain, as the website listing shows it should contain 1 x Memory Card (unless they've now changed or taken it down)

    • Did you happen to get a screenshot as they are rejecting my claim due to the updated website now

  • I bought both a week back ironically.

Camera, a fun toy, No MicroSD inside which makes it "useless out of the box" fine at $10 but a rip at $30
Operation and performance is credible for a tiny thing. It doesn't delay 2s before actually taking the photo and dim light performance is actually usable. The quality of said photos are clearly "blown up from 480p" but it works well enough for a fun toy.

Block speaker, average sound but it goes decently loud (iPhone) and OK (Android as Google limits the volume hard) I've bought 4 for the boards alone. 500mA 14500 battery inside so runtime isn't amazing. Great for audiobooks and general podcast stuff. Two of them given to friends for their kids, they have controls (hold to track skip back/forward) so they are "Cheap Yotos" if you already have Audible and a spare device to BT Cat in the Hat to.

Inside is a Bluetrum chipset (less annoying sounds) and a neat amp HAA9811 that has some sort of dynamic boost. It runs a car speaker remarkably well and can pump out a beefy sound

  • Anyone happen to have a screenshot of the advert before they changed the no sd card included? Kmart online customer service are fighting back on the claim….zzz

    • It's still in the link?

      • link is updated to say SD card not included now, so they are rejecting the claim on the SD card…originally the website said SD card included.

        • They are so bad…it's conflicting itself, photos still shows it, it is still listed on the second dot point and under tech specifications…🤦
