We’ve recently moved to a new gift card provider (Tillo) which has fixed a lot of the issues our members experienced with our previous provider. Today we're offering a $3 bonus across all gift card purchases from our new Gift Card Portal when you spend $30 or more in a single transaction. Follow this procedure:
Step 1: Activate the bonus.
Step 2: Click ‘Continue shopping’.
Step 3: Click the pink ‘View all Gift Cards’ button.
Step 4: Search for and purchase your gift card of choice.
Important: Double check that the chosen email address for delivery of your gift cards is correct prior to purchase. Also note each gift card may have its own T&Cs so ensure you read those prior to purchase. Check junk/spam folder if your cards don't appear in your inbox.
Promo T&Cs:
- You must first be a member of TopCashback.com.au and activate the offer before making a single eligible TopCashback Gift Cards transaction of $30 or more.
- After activation, the transaction must be made between 08:00AM AEST (16/07/2026) and 02:00AM AEST (17/07/2026).
- The bonus is only eligible on purchases made through TopCashback Gift Cards. The purchase of gift cards from other retailers on TopCashback will not qualify for this promotion.
- Your order must be made in a single transaction. The order total must be at least $30 (inclusive of GST, if applicable).
- If your order contains multiple gift cards purchased in the same transaction, they will qualify provided the combined order value is at least $30 (see note at bottom of post).
- The bonus cashback will appear as a separate entry in your TopCashback account once your order tracks and will be payable once your order is payable. Tracking may take up to 24 hours.
- The $3 bonus cashback is in addition to any cashback advertised on eligible TopCashback Gift Cards.
- If your order is cancelled, refunded or deemed ineligible for cashback, the $3 bonus cashback will be removed from your account.
- Only one TopCashback.com.au account per person is allowed, with one $3 bonus cashback available per member. This bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional bonuses that may be active at the time, including Tell-a-Friend and sign-up bonuses.
- The bonus cashback may not automatically apply where a missing cashback claim is required. If your claim is successful, you may need to raise a separate support ticket to receive the bonus. Do not lodge a missing cashback claim until at least 7 days have passed.
- TopCashback will not be responsible for any technical failures or issues preventing participation.
- If a contradiction exists between these offer Terms & Conditions and the general TopCashback Terms & Conditions, these offer terms take precedence until the promotion expires.
- Any fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.
Note: Testing has detected an edge case where the bonus may not report immediately if purchasing multiple cards. It won't happen in most cases, but if it does please don't worry as the bonus will be added within 24 hours of purchase.
