Killer Queen Black game listing on Steam has recently been made free-to-play, even though it was originally delisted in October 2022 with its then price tag of $14.50 - see SteamDB.info listing. Reading various reviews, it appears that online multiplayer is currently not working due to outdated code/retired services, but local multiplayer (splitscreen, Steam Remote Play Together … with optional bots) still works fine.

Currently, anyone with a valid Steam user account can add Killer Queen Black to their account library by clicking 'Add to library' button on the store listing (despite the warning text saying: "Notice: Killer Queen Black is no longer available on the Steam store.") … it is unclear how long this will last.

Game description:

Killer Queen Black is a fast-paced, team-based action strategy game where two teams battle for victory in a frantic arcade arena. Coordinate with your queen and workers to outmaneuver the enemy, riding snails, collecting berries, and fighting for military dominance across multiple win conditions.

      I think that it should only show the message if it was already removed from the store. You shouldn't be able to add the game to your account like you can right now when it's saying that. So some thing has gone strange. There must be some sort of weird slated to be removed from the store queued up lag issue. Where it thinks that it's currently removed from the store via the message whereas some thing has failed to yet do it in the backend. So better hurry as any second the ability to redeem this to the account may end.

    Had a lot of fun with this game on XBLA back in the day. Just downloaded this on my android tablet and works well through Gamenative, thanks,

    Not sure if it's just cause I'm using Steam mobile but there is no add to library button for me.

    It says free beneath notice that it is no longer available, but it's not a clickable button.
