  • $15 cashback on $150 spend here

  • $10 of $200 here

    • Same for me: $10 of $200.
      The Mongrels!

      • That's actually better if you have a debit card. You can cash out $200 (buy whatever grocery you normally would) and deposit the cash back into your bank account and still get $10 cashback.

  • Finally got something from CBA

  • Dam $5 off $100 for me.

I do notice all the yellow offers state spend in one transaction, but when I did my last Amazon order Amazon split it into two transactions (I made one order) and I still got the credit. Just wondering if others have made multiple transactions to make the min spend and got the cashback despite t&c?

    • You dont need to shop the whole amount for coles. Buy anything you want and cash out the remainder

      • Oh nice thanks for the tip

    • I got $5 from $100 too. So scummy lol

  • Eligible debit cardholders can get cashout to meet the minimum spend requirement and qualify for cashback.

    • At a self-checkout machine, if you wish to maximise using other payment methods you can split payment to pay nearly all of the balance using gift cards and/or credit cards, leaving the last $0.01 to pay by debit card.
    • Select CARD and insert your debit card (not tap), then select EFTPOS SAV and choose the appropriate cashout amount.
    • At a staffed checkout or service counter, depending on the store's policy and the staff member you're dealing with you may be able to get cashout without purchase (but you may not).
    • CommBank app will show the purchase amount and the cashout amount separately. This doesn't matter.
    • CommBank app may or may not show the cashback offer as redeemed. This doesn't matter.
    • Cashback is typically received 7-10 days after cashout.
    • It is not possible to get cashout with a credit card at supermarkets. Credit cardholders could instead buy gift cards at Coles to meet the minimum spend requirement.
    • That's exactly what I do. I only charge 1c of an actual grocery purchase to the CBA card, that way I cash out the required amount, plus the rest gets put on my rewards CC. Works every time.

    • Sorry, it is still unclear for me. I want to buy a snickers for $1 and I need to spend $100. How much should I pay for a snickers and how much I need to cash out? The counter in Coles will give me only $100 not $100.99 for example…

      • Simply ensure the combined total meets the minimum spend amount.

      • In your example, I'd simply cash out $100 and buy the $1 snickers in the same transaction. The total charged to the card would be $101. Since it's only a $1 purchase, I wouldn't bother involving another payment method just to reduce the amount charged to the card by a dollar - or cashing out only $99 (which I don't think is possible at self-checkout) just to make the total exactly $100.

      • You scan the $1 snickers. You then do a split payment, paying 99c of the transaction onto a rewards credit card. You then have 1c left to pay. You insert your debit/eftpos card, do your cash out (if your cashback offer is spend $100, you do $100 cash out), this results in a transaction being charged to your savings account of $100.01, ensuring you meet the requirement to get your cashback as well as maximising your reward points.

        • Thanks, mate, for such detailed and clear explanations!

        • Didn’t know about this - will give it a go

    • I spotted a sign at a store's service desk this evening that says cashout is only allowed with a purchase from 27 July 2026.

The fact it says NAT on the sign means this will apply to all Coles stores across Australia.

      • Thanks for reporting WookieMonster.

I haven't bothered asking or looking in a long while as it's much faster to simply use the self-service machines.

  • No Coles offer this month, just Peter Alexander and a discounted Oura ring ☹️

    • I've noticed that for all the 'woohoo' when they launched Yello, its actually pretty trash.

Very little of the rewards are useful, and even the reward points on the CBA black mastercards are worth sweet F.A.

I'd get more regular savings if they killed all the points programs and just discounted the fees….

      • Even their own Awards Portal started becoming rubbish earlier in the year.
They ran out of many popular GCs inc Apple, and just didn't bother restocking.

      • For me it's half decent. The monthly(ish) Coles offers, discounted gift cards, discounted Village Cinemas tickets are the main 3 I benefit from.

    • What was the Peter Alexander one?

      • Get $10 cashback when you spend $50 or more at Peter Alexander.

  • $10/$100 here

    • $10 cashback on $50 spend

  • Nice! $10/$100.

  • LOL i got spend $300 and get $5

  • $100-$5. Pass..

    • Using a debit card, just buy whatever you need and withdraw $100 cash. You'll still get the $5. Deposit the $100 back into your bank account. Profit.

      • I hear that, but it's a bit of effort for a fiver

    • I wonder if we pass, they would go back to $50/$5

      • Tried that! 3rd offer today still same! $5 off $100 so appears no. My previous offers go back to April so time to grab $100 Cash out 😊

  • Buy a $50 gift card is easier then cashout

  • $30/$200

  • I usually get cba offers but never coles and I’ve finally got my first ever Coles offer woo! $10/$100

  • Been on CBA Yellow gold and haven't gotten one of these in 18 months.

  • I got $10 off on $200 net spend. If the net spend was lower, it would have been useful

    • Get cash out.

  • $15/$150….

  • $10 for $100 after not getting one for a few months.

  • $5 for $50 here.
Thanks to the other commenters about doing the cashout and small purchase to meet the required amount.

I was/am planning to just pay for the one week of "spend $50 for 4 weeks to get 10000 flybuys ($50)" on the card, stacking the offers.

This offer arrives just as I was thinking Yello wasn't worth the effort (transaction hurdles for tier, monthly deposit to avoid fee on eligible account).
So looks like I'm sticking around a while longer :)

    • Qualifying for the basic Yello tier takes less than 2 minutes per month. Deposit $2,000 in and transfer it back out in 5 separate payments.

  • $50/$250 here - thanks OP!

    • ooft! that's a juicy return.

  • $5/$100 - no joy
