  • Over 40 bucks shipping to Toowoomba

    • Thanks for checking it out. Freight to some regional areas can definitely be painful, unfortunately carrier pricing on beer cartons is pretty steep due to the weight. We're always looking at ways to improve shipping options as we expand.

  • Shipping to Melbourne for a single case: $25.91
    Kills this deal

    • Thanks for the feedback. We know shipping can make a big difference to the final price, especially for single cartons. We're working with our freight partners to keep costs as low as possible and appreciate the feedback.

  • Last time you offered discount with code: OZBARGAIN
That made it a more attractive deal!

  • " Salted Caramel Hazy IIIPA Case "

I'm a craft beer enjoyer, there's no way this is good. Sounds like a complete oxy moron

    • I thought so too until I tried it. Absolutely god-tier. Am seriously considering a whole case of the stuff.

      • So good eh. Bargain at the price due to taste and ABV.

        • Glad you enjoyed it. The higher ABV and limited nature of these beers are why they don't come around too often. Cheers!

    • Yeah, I bought some and it's pretty rough

      • Sorry to hear it wasn't for you. Taste is always subjective, especially with bigger specialty beers. Appreciate you giving it a try.

    • Haha, we get why the name raises eyebrows. It's definitely not your typical IPA. The salted caramel comes through more as a rich dessert style note rather than a sweet beer. It's a big beer, but it's found plenty of fans.

  • outrageous shipping to Metro Melb

    • Thanks for the feedback. We understand shipping can change the value equation, especially on a single case. We're looking into options to make this better.

      • Surely there are options but perhaps it relates to scale. Craft Cartel ship 3 cases from Melbourne to Sydney for $12 and $20 to Newcastle. However, you are based out near Cessnock and not in a capital city.

  • I really REALLY liked the mixed pack I bought before and would be happy to support you guys but I'm not paying $51.80 to send a case to FNQ. I'd put a bigger order together if you had a minimum threshold for free shipping (seems to sit at about 150 for other breweries).

  • Passionfruit cider? Will this ever be in this sale?

    • Passionfruit cider isn't part of this clearance sale unfortunately, but we'll pass the request on. Cheers!

  • Are you still selling the Hope Estate merch? One of fave t-shirts got ruined.

    • Yes, we still have Hope Estate merch available. Best bet is to check with the cellar door team for current stock and sizes. Give us a ring and we can post it to you!

  • As much as I love the bevs Hope put out, the last time I visited I picked up a case of the lager on clearance and it was foul. You could have convinced me it was a kettle sour. Had to bin the whole thing when I got back to Sydney.

That said, I broke my favourite Hope tulip glass so I'll need to stop by next time I visit the region.

    • Sorry to hear about the lager experience. We'd definitely like to know more about the batch you had so we can look into it. Thanks for still supporting us and hope to see you back at the cellar door.

  • Would love to support small brewery, especially from further away where I am. Unfortunately, as others have said, shipping is not worth it, even at spending $150+ on multiple cartons.
The $65 RRP a carton via Dan Murphys and $90 direct is a large difference and doesn't help validate the sale.
    https://www.danmurphys.com.au/product/DM_811265/hope-brewery…

    • Thanks for the feedback and for looking into the deal. Just to clarify, the Dan Murphy's link appears to be an older listing and is currently unavailable, so it's not a comparable current price.

Freight costs have also changed recently, especially for heavier cartons, and our current shipping rates are calculated directly from carrier pricing with no margin added.

We understand shipping can make a big difference depending on location, which is why we also offer free Click & Collect from our Pokolbin cellar door for anyone nearby.

Appreciate the support and the feedback though, we're always looking at ways to make online ordering better value.

  • Whats (icy cold cerveza style)?

    • Corona esque

      • It’s pale lager. Everything on this list is Cerveza.

        • You're right, it's a pale lager style. The description is more about the intended drinking style rather than the exact beer category.

  • Please make the Imperial Pineys a sale item, it's all i dream of!

  • Wtf is going on with those shipping rates. Are they delivered by a majestical unicorn?

    • Its probably not their fault, small brewery… bad rates with the shipper.

A case of beer is 12kg, not the easiest thing to ship.

That said, i got a 30pk of Superdrys delivered from CUB via Catch for $45

      • And they ain’t that small. It is a brewery, winery and they hold events for big name Aussie and international acts.

      • Thanks for the insight. You're right that beer is a challenging product to ship due to weight and packaging requirements. We appreciate the understanding. Also you are basically bang on with the weights haha

    • Haha, we wish unicorn delivery was an option. Unfortunately cartons of beer are heavy and freight costs add up quickly. We're always looking for better options.

  • The quality of this brewery has been all over the place the last few years. And add to that, the owner is a complete knob.

    • What's the go with the owner?

    • Sorry to hear you feel that way. We appreciate all feedback, but we stand behind our team and the beers we're making. We're always working to improve consistency and quality.

  • Was about to place a $400 order, then saw shipping $73.
    No thanks.
Reduced my car to one case still more than $25 shipping, like others mentioned

    • Thanks for the feedback. We understand that freight can be the deciding factor, especially on larger orders. We'll keep looking at ways to make online ordering better value.
