    After scanned a receipt I got a notification saying I scored $5 as I also purchased a gift card yesterday, not aware such quest, forgot to take a screenshot and now can no longer find this reward any where …

      Have you tried going into the Quests tab and then clicking the “clock rewind” icon in the top right?

        Yeah checked Quests History but no mention of that $5, I was too sleepy last night should have taken a screenshot.
        Just wondering if anyone else has the same promo or I was seeing sth else 🙃

    Accidently submitted the same receipt twice from Amazon (as they're all saved as FILE_%DATE%) and now I'm banned for 24 hours

      Usually not if you just do it accidentally once. If you keep trying to resubmit it multiple tes once it tells you so, they will ban you.

        I probably did. After the ban, I went through the files and renamed them to what they were then re-uploaded them.

        Would be so much easier if they'd do the receipts on computers

    every time i try to submit a second receipt from the same store (happens with amazon, GYG, McDonalds) i get told ive already submitted that receipt, when it is a different date and product. Their interface is not worth the time and effort given it wont take screenshots, it wont take pdfs printed from an email, and false flagging things as duplicates. Their "solution" of just give us access to your email is definitely not worth the money they're offering

      It sometimes works when you convert a screenshot to PDF
