nah, $28.45 to go so don't think $10 will be credited, anyway, still good deal if you just need temporary sim for a month

Or is the $17 price just the base spend, meaning I still need to add $28.45 worth of other items spending to reach the $45.45 total threshold required to unlock the $10 bonus?

Yea was trying to see where they mention Spend $50, just says Purchase $250 or $50 Prepaid plan. The other ones like Coles has Spend $250 at Coles
You can buy two more. That way, you'll get three $50 SIMs for under $26.

Cashback is only for new Vodafone customers. Activate the SIM card within 30 days of purchase.

After the Quest is completed Vodafone deal is not there anymore. How do we check the T&C?
Bought one tonight and the quest was registered as fulfilled and I could click Claim Reward, however the bonus transaction is still showing $0.00 currently. But at least it was registered and hopefully it will correct later.
Also the expiry date for this deal now shows:-

A new challenge was actually recreated for this promo recently. Could you help us check if the $0 bonus is showing up from the previous challenge you opted into, or if this is happening on the new challenge?

It's the new challenge created yesterday.
After completing the quest, you can click on the Claim Reward button but the $10 bonus does not show up.
I did both old and new, both show as 0.00
And the new one with 10% Westpac bonus, WP 10% didn't track either, purchased new one with WP bonus last night.
Also, the quest has disappeared once I hit claim on the new one.

In my case it was the new challenge active "between 21 Jul 2026 12:00 am AEST - 24 Jul 2026 11:59 pm AEST" as mentioned above.
$5.09 tracked immediately in the first transaction, but the second transaction remains at $0.00 over 24 hours later.
How long does it take usually to track? I've got neither the cashback nor bonus tracked

I didn’t get $10 bonus as well. Contacted shockback help, they still didn’t want to honour
This is the problem with Shopback support. I stopped using Shopback last year because bonus didn't track. I know this kind of things happen sometimes. But the way they delt with it was wrong. They have different reasons trying to say I did something wrong. It just went back and forth without getting anywhere. Not worth the effort. Fof this deal I used Shopback again thinking they might have improved. But Westpac bonus didn't track for me. I know the rep said it might take up to 14 days for Westpac bonus to track. We will see. Figure crossed I don't have to deal with Shopback Support.

We had our team check into this, and rest assured your actual Cashback tracked completely fine and is sitting as Pending. That extra $0 entry is just a minor display glitch on our end due to how Vodafone sends order details for the SIM card itself.
