These are alkaline batteries. You should never charge them!

I think he meant it's empty and discharged, not "finished charging".

That's what they want you to think. With an appropriate charger you can upcycle these disposable alkalines for at least two to five more uses without significant reduction in lifespan. It may result in leaking but many batteries such as Varta and Duracell leak regardless.

I got these a few years ago and felt they were duds too. Used them as a clock battery. They'd last a month if that. Energizers lasted 1 year

Dunno. It's an offer on my account if I look in my sca profile

If ordering these please check expiry dates. Mine were months out of date previously. Lots of old stock on the shelf. The guy was happy to swap them with a different sized pack that wasn't outdated and I ended up with extra batteries free as a result.

Just go in store

I called them up today—no stock, so basically they cancelled the order. They had plenty of stock when I ordered in the middle of the night. Their inventory system is out of date.

I found these leak often when left in devices too long, the Amazon Basic ones I haven't had that issue yet… They're slightly higher priced but worth it with that in mind imo

These leaked like crazy on my electronics. never again.
