What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback is ineligible on Champagne, Penfolds and non-alcoholic products. Sparkling wine & non-alcoholic beer are eligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on orders paid partially or in full with WOW dollars or rewards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.

What else is essential

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.

      yes, EatClub is a prepaid/debit Mastercard, so not ineligible:

      Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.

            @sobriety22: I had to wait 7 days, they haven't approved or denied the missing cashback yet. I have had drama with BWS and Liquorland denied before. Thanks for tip about waiting to pick up.

                @trixieb: Good to know that's how it works with TCB, in the past i have been given excuses of the retailer not processing the order correctly despite being picked up. I dont think i would want to waste the retailers time by cancelling tho if they have taken time to pack.

                  You had mentioned ShopBack owed you cashback in the ShopBack BWS post in Sep 2024 and ShopBack Liquorland post in July 2024.

                    @trixieb: I have had issues with Shopback, cashrewards and TCB all regarding BWS and Liquorland, I normally let it go. Sometimes i dont. TCB is no better or worse at tracking then any others.

              @mitcheo: I know, I've been stung twice.
              Once I finally got it approved after a long review and once it was just a loss.
              But I've now had 20+ orders that have tracked quickly but I have always check before pickup.

    BWS is BS. The ichiban lager is $5 cheaper when using the app to purchase but cashback does not track with App purchase.

    Thanks for the clearance link. Got a couple of 375 De Bortoli Noble One bottles for $24.50 each. These will become roughly $20 each if the cashback works.
