  I tried a number of ways using a VPN to pop up in Uzbekistan or whereever and it successfully added to the Steam cart at the Tenge price but when I went to check out it changed to the Australian price which was just a normal discount price. So, I failed.

  I successfully purchased via surfshark paid VPN Uzbekistan. WISE credit card charged me US$20.99 = A$29.99 + 0.1 (currency fee) = A$30.09
