    Last pair of FitVille ones I had were falling apart in less than 4 months. Bought via their eBay store in January. Contacted them in April. Was originally offered a $10 partial refund to help pay for shoe glue to fix the soles that were splitting open. It never showed up and eventually (June) they said they couldn't do any kind of refund because more than 3 months had passed and eBay wouldn't let it. So I was just out the extra cost of the glue.
    By the time I gave up wearing the shoes and found some others, the inner lining was also ripped in multiple places and the part behind the heel was basically gone.
    The shoes were $94. Shoe glue was $18. So $112 to wear shoes for barely 6 months. Will never buy FitVille again.

        Messages came from Lily - FitVille Customer Service Department​‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍. Last message was sent 24 June 2026 at 12:16.

        Instead of a full refund, I was offered was 15% off another pair, which obviously I wouldn't use because I don't trust the shoes not to fall apart any more. eBay 90 day policy was sighted as the reason I couldn't be given a refund.
