Just join a group swimming class if you're concerned about your swimming technique. Some are even free. They aren't expensive and could actually save your life.

Afaik in NSW there is a government funded swim lessons program that is targeted to First Nations and low income earners

But it is worth checking your local councils home page and see if there are any such programs for your area.
However this AI program doesn't appear to teach you the basic fundamentals, like learning how to tread water and float, since it only looks at strokes — it's just for improving swim techniques. This is the sample report.
AI is also likely to hallucinate depending on the model that is used and the quality of training data it was given.
If you are a complete beginner and you're likely to drown in a deep pool, you should probably get a real human coach to help you.
