I don't know what I'm going to do with this information but thanks I guess?

I like your metrics.

It's a simple thing, but I find the press button hold on the side is actually pretty useful especially when it's retracting a long bit of tape. That whole thing about getting sliced as it flails back into the cartridge.

Good budget tape measure, to measure your blinds when you want to install blinds.
Just want to. But never do it.

You've sold me, I'm in for 4

This little dude is cheap and decent, I have multiple cause they always get lost.
One of the best value tape measures on market, recommend having a few!

Won't get stolen like you fatmax one

We had a Stanley Fatmax one that went missing at work, got another - a few months later it too went missing for about a week.
I was complaining someone must have stolen it again, possibly a colleague… last thing I'd done with it was a measure-up at a project that needed a job done right at the front fence, right by the side of a busy main road, but I was missing a measurement so had to go back - I bought one of these Craftright tapes as a stop-gap (which I still have as a spare) - went back to site and here was the bright yellow Fatmax sitting on the grass beside the footpath in full public view just inside the property - dozens of people must have walked past and hundreds if not thousands driven past and it was still right where I unknowingly left it the week prior - I couldn't believe it! It was the complete opposite of my assumption about humanity.- 3

It was the complete opposite of my assumption about humanity.
That humanity still places any credence on Stanley as a tool brand? :)

It was lucky you dropped it where the general public saw it, if it was up to tradies it would be long gone

The next day …
Can't you fit a tracker on it discreetly?

Good for a glovebox tape measure, have a few.

Indeed, you never know when you might need to measure a glovebox

I normally measure before trip and after just in case

Amateur. I measure during a trip just to be sure.

5m is a sweet spot for length and durability.

I agree… and I tell people my 5 Fatmax is an 8 anyway :-/

Fatmax' quality is not as good as before. I replaced twice in a year. But it is still the best on the market, I guess?

I'd prefer one that has imperial as well as metric.
