      Try a different address like your neighbour's address, or if apartment maybe without the unit number and meet outside.

      Also maybe different card number. I always use Wise virtual card numbers for many transactions.

        They do not block address.
        They do block your payment method, including paypal too.

          If you only have 1 phone like android phone, you can add new user that will be treated like a new phone. Use a different phone number, email, and card number then.

    DoorDash have terrible customer service and do what they can to breach consumer law where there is an issue.

    If your order is ruined by the delivery person a human won't help. You get an AI bot who refunds maybe 10-15% of the orders costs. Happened a few times - waited hours (literally) in the chat for a human never got one. Eventually you give up, its not worth putting in a consumer complaint to the authorities over $15-$20.

    If you get the Pass membership free - why not (thats the only reason I use them) - but don't pay for it and support this company.

    The most common way my order is ruined is by pizzas being held sideways - some of those morons have zero brain between thier ears. Got into an argument with one and told him I won't accept it and told him to go back and get another. He just came back a few mins after and left the pizza at my door and went off. $45 order ruined and AI gave me $7 back

    Worked great thanks, kept failing to order on the app, was even asking me to scan my card which I couldn't do since it was a wise virtual card

    Ended up trying on my laptop browser with the same card that had failed and it worked fine

      hey try ordering on PC or laptop. After numerous failed attempts using mobile, i got it working on my PC just now.
