$10 Cashback after First Confirmed Purchase, Extra $20 Cashback after Fourth Purchase in 60 Days of Sign-up @ Kick Cashback

1162

Kick is a newer Australian-owned cashback site. Current new-member offer:

  1. $10 once your first cashback transaction confirms
  2. A further $20 once you reach four confirmed transactions total

$30 all up, with all four needing to confirm within 60 days of sign-up

To be clear, it's not a flat $30 for registering — the first $10 is the easy bit; the other $20 needs four qualifying purchases inside 60 days. Confirmation terms apply, so check the offer page for exact conditions (including any minimum spend per transaction) before relying on it.

What's actually different from Cashrewards/ShopBack: cashback on most eligible retail purchases becomes claimable within minutes instead of sitting pending for weeks, no minimum to withdraw, and it pays out by direct bank transfer. One-time ID check on your first withdrawal only.

Free to join — web, Android app, and a Chrome extension.

Weekend support: Our support coverage is a little more limited over the weekend, but we’re still monitoring enquiries. If you have any account, referral, cashback or tracking questions, please email info@kickcashback.com and we’ll make sure your enquiry is reviewed within 48 business hours.

We’re continuing to work through outstanding enquiries and really appreciate all the feedback we’ve received from the OzBargain community.

• Cancelled, returned, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions do not count.
• Only one referral relationship can apply to each new customer.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts or referral abuse are not eligible.
• Standard merchant cashback exclusions and Kick Cashback terms continue to apply.

The change applies only to new referrals created from 8 September 2026. Existing eligible referrals created by 11:59 pm AEST on 7 September 2026 will not have their terms changed.

Customers who joined by 11:59 pm AEST on 7 September 2026 will keep the bonus terms that applied when they signed up.

Thanks to everyone on OzBargain for the incredible response and feedback. We want to keep the referral program running long term, and this adjustment helps us do that while honouring the offer already made to existing participants.

    • Thank you for letting us know! We are looking into this for you!

      • thx OP, looking to have a new CB platform and got better offers

        • Thanks! That’s exactly the kind of frustration we’re trying to solve. For most eligible retail purchases, Kick makes the cashback available to claim within minutes rather than leaving it pending for weeks, and there’s no minimum withdrawal. We’re still new, so feedback from OzBargain users is genuinely helpful as we keep improving it. We have hopefully fixed the issue that came up for you. Please keep us updated if you require any further assistance.

          • @Kick Cashback: seems fixed, had the same problem but now all works in the app

  • No Amazon and ebay ?

    • Not yet unfortunately — Amazon and eBay aren’t currently available through Kick. We’re actively working on adding more major retailers though, and already have 1,000+ stores available. Hopefully we can tick those two off the list in future 👍

      • meh…Amazon only relevant during Prime Day sales/ebay a fast fading platform that does 10% a few times a year but still not the cheapest.

Rep - concentrate on regularly getting Sports/Petfood/Alcohol retail and Aliexpress/Temu at 30%+

People are near constantly looking to spend across these areas, rather that intermittent/seasonal spends at department/retail stores.

This approach will drive your site/page visitations/partner value, and help you to dent share off SB and TCB.

Also, a dedicated presence on OzB to answer queries - especially during standout promos, and especially when things go bad - will go a long way to your credibility. Other reps historically simply ignore or ghost users at critical times.

Same goes for your inhouse CSR team - good luck!

        • Excellent feedback! I am going to implement as much of this as possible!

          • @Kick Cashback: Good stuff - we will all be watching!

          • @Kick Cashback: Aliexpress sales are the big one at the moment, look at how much interest TopCashback UK posts get every time they run an upsized cashback!

          • @Kick Cashback: I disagree with poster above, an upsized Amazon cashback will generate sign-ups, especially when the upsize is tied to upcoming Black Friday or Prime Day events, when Amazon is also slashing prices.

Please add Chemist Warehouse, Priceline is not nearly as competitive. CW have exclusive products and also have a larger range of brands.
Or, add stores that are well known eg Rebel, Uniqlo, stores selling staples people are always going to buy: gym supplements, groceries.
Helps if the store's pricing is already competitive and cashback would be the cherry on top.

If you're looking for quick way to get signups:
            - a flat bonus $5 or $10 on top of the cashback at Amazon or other popular sites
            - 100% cashback (usually capped at $10-$15) for fast food eg Pizza Hut or Dominos.

  • Good to have more competition. Top Cashback used to be good, but they have failed me too many times recently.

    • Top Cashback used to be good, but they have failed me too many times recently.

Why? No problem here, message them they fixed it very quick.

      • 100%. TCB often have better rates too.

Message @tightarse directly, and you will be pleasantly surprised as to how quickly he deals with issues. You don't even need to bitch about it on the forums.

        • Message @tightarse directly

This shouldn’t be necessary to resolve an issue such as missing cashback, etc, especially with an established provider like TCB.

          • @topherboi: Good grief, my man. Please use some common sense.
You raise a ticket for missing cashback as you would with any platform.

If you run into any unusual issues with your TCB cashback you can then reach out to @tightarse.

            • @DoctorCalculon: Yes @tightarse always the best.

            • @DoctorCalculon: I still have an open missing cashback claim submitted in May.

Why should I have to message one of their reps to have it looked into and resolved?

              • @topherboi: Because that's how life works sometimes..is it that hard to communicate with people?

          • @topherboi: Kind of a lazy attitude. Things go wrong. At least they are active in fixing the issue. Why are people so incapable of putting in some leg work sometimes..

            • @hazzad:

Why are people so incapable of putting in some leg work sometimes..

If you have to go above and beyond, then it's either a bad product, or the company is trying their luck.

Imagine if Coles says spend $30 get a 4c fuel voucher, but the voucher will be credited after 30 days of eligible purchase, and the voucher is missing half the times, you have to chase Coles. ACCC would be after them.

If you won't put up with this, why would you put up with TCB?

              • @ChickenA: Cmon man. How often does it happen? For me im lucky if i have 1-2 out of a good hundred transactions not track a year and every one has been resolved and paid out after the fact.

                • @hazzad: I’m glad your experience has been positive, except this does not match everybody else’s.

You’re acting like I’ve just done nothing and expect it to be magically resolved by itself.

Communication has been established via submitting a missing cashback claim on their website, which is the preferred method suggested by TCB.

I’ve done my part, it’s now up to them to follow up with the retailer, which four months later, is still yet to occur.

    • Share this experience recently too. Provided evidence too and they just arbitrarily denied claim.

      • Likewise. Hid behind Boost mobile rejecting the claim, even though I was able to prove that all the criteria were satisfied.

The case ended with words to the effect of "there's nothing more we can do, better luck next time".

        No thanks

  • Is there any plans for an iOS app?

    • Yes! We lodged our app for review with Apple yesterday after undergoing testing.

    • @primatexD Quick update on this one — our iPhone app is now live on the Apple App Store 🎉
When we launched this OzBargain thread, the iOS app was still going through Apple’s review process. That has now been completed, so iPhone users can use Kick through the dedicated iOS app rather than relying on the website.
We know the lack of an iPhone app was one of the early criticisms/limitations raised here, so we wanted to come back and close the loop once it was actually available.
Thanks again to everyone who pushed us on it — there’s still plenty we’re improving, but this is one of the bigger items we can now tick off.

  • Will you offer upsized cashbacks like TCB does?

    • Yes - we already run boosted cashback rates on selected retailers, and we’re planning to do more of these as we grow. We’d like upsized offers to be a regular part of Kick, particularly when we can negotiate stronger rates directly with retailers.

  • How does it work when retailers have free returns for 30 days and you have already paid out the cashback?
Will the users not rort the CB system?

    • Good question. Making cashback available quickly doesn’t mean returned or cancelled purchases still qualify. If a retailer later reverses the commission because an order was refunded, cancelled or otherwise became ineligible, the corresponding cashback can also be reversed on Kick.

We’ve been operating for around 8 months, so this is something we’ve had to account for in how the platform works. We also monitor for patterns of abuse rather than treating every genuine return as suspicious.

The aim is to give legitimate customers faster access to their cashback without making the system an easy target for people deliberately buying, withdrawing cashback and then returning items. So far, that balance has worked well for us, and we’ll keep refining it as Kick grows.

      • How is the amount recovered if already cashed out and is it a seamless process?

I buy ALLOT from Aliexpress. I usually check they are eligible by the link checker however if I find I’m a few dollars short of using a coupon I might quickly add some items to cart. This hasn’t bothered me as TCB doesn’t release the cashback until the merchant has so anything ineligible has already been accounted for. Mind you by chance it appears in 12months only one item was rejected. I’m picturing a scenario however where I could buy my plentiful 50cenr junk, withdraw cashback, have heaps of items cancelled and look suspicious.

        • That’s a fair example, and buying a number of low-value items with occasional cancellations wouldn’t by itself make someone look suspicious.

If cashback has already been withdrawn and the retailer later reverses part of the commission, that amount is reversed against the customer’s Kick account. If there isn’t enough cashback sitting in the account at the time, the adjustment can be carried forward and offset against future cashback.

We look more at patterns of behaviour than individual cancelled items. So if AliExpress cancelled a few 50c items from an otherwise legitimate order, that’s very different from someone repeatedly making large purchases, immediately withdrawing the cashback and then returning most or all of the order.

The intention is for normal shopping behaviour - partial cancellations, genuine returns and the occasional ineligible item - to be handled without causing customers unnecessary problems, while still giving us protection against deliberate abuse.

          • @Kick Cashback: Excellent. Ty

            • @Low Punt: Looking at the terms and conditions, when you provide them with your bank account your are signing up to a direct debit arrangement and giving them permission to debit the amount from your bank account:

By providing your bank details and accepting this agreement, you authorise Kick Cashback to debit funds from your nominated bank account through the Australian Payments Network direct debit system.

              What We Can Debit
              • Recovery of cashback where the original purchase was refunded, returned, cancelled, or reversed
              • Recovery of cashback where the referral commission was reversed by the merchant or partner network
              • Any other amount you've expressly agreed to pay

We'll only debit what's genuinely owed, never more than the original cashback amount, and never with interest, fees, or penalties.

              • @mclachat: Yep, that’s correct — the direct debit authority is there specifically so that if cashback has already been withdrawn and the underlying purchase is later refunded, cancelled or reversed by the retailer/network, the corresponding cashback can be recovered.

It isn’t an authority for Kick to debit arbitrary amounts. Any recovery is limited to the cashback actually paid in relation to that transaction, with no interest, fees or penalties.

The reason we have this mechanism is that we make most eligible retail cashback available much faster than traditional cashback platforms, rather than making customers wait months for retailer confirmation. If a transaction subsequently becomes ineligible, we still need a way to reconcile it.

For normal valid purchases that aren’t subsequently reversed, there’s nothing to recover.

                • @Kick Cashback: However in your reply to low punt you implied that reversed amounts would only be offset against the account balance or future earnings. You neglected to mention that you can also debit it from the attached bank account.

              • @mclachat: does it mean they can rob all their customers in 1 go , close down and run away to cambodia?

                • @uccoffee: Totally fair question, and no — the authority doesn’t allow us to just take arbitrary amounts from someone’s bank account.

It only applies where a specific cashback amount has already been paid and later becomes ineligible, for example because the purchase was refunded, cancelled or reversed by the retailer. Any recovery is limited to that cashback amount only.

Our preference is also to recover it from the Kick balance or future cashback where possible rather than debit a bank account.

I can see from the comments that the wording has created more concern than clarity, so we’re going to tighten it up and make the limits much more obvious.

                • @uccoffee: I would imagine they wouldn’t do this.

But in theory I guess they could reverse the cash-back from all of their users based on the merchant or provider network not paying them among other reasons (we all know cashback from other companies is rejected regularly). And they direct debit amounts from the users. (although they terms do say they need to give at least 3 days notice for the direct debit, and if they suddenly asked all of ozbargin to pay them it could be clear very quick what happened)

So I guess the question for anyone signing up would be is the instant cashback worth the (albeit very small) chance that the company does something like this.

                  • @mclachat: Fair question. The direct debit authority is there to recover cashback from a specific transaction that was later reversed — not to cover Kick’s general business losses or network payment issues.

We have no intention of using it beyond that. Any recovery is limited to the cashback actually paid for that transaction.

                    • @Kick Cashback: may i suggest offering 2 types of payout models.

                      • near instant cashout: current method with direct debit.
                      • standard cashout: 30–60 day clearing window with no direct debit authority.

waiting a few weeks for cashback isn't a big deal for me. an extra $10 in my savings/offset account isn't gonna make a huge difference but the peace of mind of knowing my bank account can't be touched is better imo.

more importantly it's the promos that draw people in. good to see some competition in the market.

                      • @hughes: We actually already have this implemented on the backend, although at the moment it requires a manual trigger rather than being a self-service option.

So if someone would prefer not to use the near-instant payout model, they can contact us and request a standard payout instead for what we call "settled cashback". The main difference is that we would need to wait until we’ve actually been paid by the retailer/network before releasing the cashback, which can often take considerably longer.

It’s something we may look at exposing more clearly as a user-selectable option in future. Appreciate the suggestion.

                  • @mclachat: My concern is more so their approach to cashbacks rejected by the merchant.
TCB is surprisingly forward on investigating issues and then honouring the cashback even if the merchant chooses not to.
The typical case being a merchants link is verified, cashback tracks, but is then declined - because the merchant simply chooses not to pay. I’ve had such cases investigated and TCB honoured the amount. Technically the only reason to do so is goodwill.
I’ll be curious to see how kick approaches this.
                    Which will take time.

                    • @Low Punt: This is something we’ve built into our process. If cashback tracks and is later declined by the merchant or network, we can review the transaction and the reason for the rejection rather than simply treating every decline as final.

Where the evidence supports the customer, we also have the ability to manually honour the cashback. Obviously we can’t promise that every declined transaction will be paid, but we do want genuine transactions investigated properly rather than customers being left with an unexplained rejection.

Hopefully you won’t need to test us on it too often 😄

  • Is there a minimum to get the $10?

    • No minimum spend for the first $10 bonus — you just need to make an eligible cashback purchase and have the transaction confirmed. There’s also no minimum amount required to withdraw once cashback is available.

      • And is it the same for the next 3 (can't find any minimum spend either reading it)?

        • no minimum purchase price, just eligible transactions through the Kick Cashback portal

  • Very Limited stores and Cashback rates are less than average (compared to TCB and SB)

    • Fair feedback. We’re only around 8 months in, so our retailer coverage and rates aren’t yet going to match TCB or ShopBack across the board.

We already have 1,000+ stores and are adding more retailers and negotiating boosted rates, but there will definitely be cases today where another platform has a better rate.

Where we’re trying to differentiate is making most eligible retail cashback available to claim within minutes, with no minimum withdrawal. Our goal is to keep closing the gap on store coverage and rates while maintaining that faster cashback experience.

Hopefully you’ll see the range and offers continue to improve as we grow.

  • This could be a fun ride…a new cashback company and a green, enthusiastic rep full of promises and proactivity…Déjà vu?

(RIP Cashrewards, Cheddar and the churn of reps of cashback's past)

    • It wouldn't surprise me if this mob are the cashrewards gang setting up a new tent. ANZ screwed it by shutting it up.

      • Haha, fair call - cashback has definitely had a few casualties over the years 😅

For the record, we’re not Cashrewards or Cheddar under a new name. Kick Cashback is an independent Australian-owned business and we’ve been operating for around 8 months.

I completely understand the scepticism though. Rather than asking anyone to believe a bunch of promises, we’ll have to earn the trust by having transactions track properly, paying cashback quickly, responding when something goes wrong, and continuing to improve the rates and retailer range.

Hopefully I’m still here answering your questions well after the “green enthusiastic rep” phase 😂

        • Care to share more transparency on ownership structure please?

          • @QuickToThePointless: Kick Cashback is operated by Kick Systems Pty Ltd, an Australian privately owned company. It’s founder-owned and operated, and we have no ownership, investment, employment or other connection to Cashrewards, ANZ, the people behind Cashrewards, or any other cashback app. Happy to answer any specific questions about the business or ownership structure.

            • @Kick Cashback: Are you related to kick.com

              • @BuyOrNot: No, we’re not affiliated with Kick.com. We operate in different industries: Kick Cashback is an Australian cashback platform, while Kick.com is a livestreaming platform. Thanks for checking!

        • It wasn't scepticism, I was fine if you were. It worked well until it didn't, and that was due to ANZ not getting enough direct cash out of it. Idiots.

  • What does it mean, after adding a bank account, for "Add again to withdraw"

    • Thanks for flagging this - that wording definitely needs to be clearer.

It means your bank account has been saved, but we need it re-added so we can reconfirm the account details/country before allowing a withdrawal. Please remove the existing saved bank account and then add it again.

We’re going to improve that message because “Add again to withdraw” doesn’t explain the required step properly. Thanks for pointing it out.

      • … Interesting process…

I've now had "too many bank account operations". Still could not get rid of that add again message

        • I will work through this for you! Thank you

  • Good to have a new cash back option. Looks promising. just joined the kick. Good luck @Kick Cashback.

    • Thanks so much - really appreciate it! We’re still early and improving quickly, so feedback like this genuinely helps. Hope you get some good value out of Kick Cashback 😊

  • Hey op, i made the purchases already but $20 bonus doesn't show even tho it says that 5/4 transactions tracked.

    • What did you buy btw to be that quick?

      • Na i actually bought some items like couple weeks or so ago
Before op posted this deal, i saw it before didn't share before as i wasn't sure about the reliability of kick cashback

Anyway key point to note with this is that it is no. Of transaction tracked that matters, not cashback amount,

So technically you can get may be like 10cents sauces from food/delivery pickup, or $1-$15 AliExpress junk, <$5 temu junk, priceline, autobarn, binglee things etc etc

        • I am looking into this for you now! Thank you for letting me know

          • @Kick Cashback: Thank you it says like below for me btw

            $10 credited — unlocking your $20 bonus…

Make 4 cashback purchases to unlock your $20 milestone bonus. 23 days left. 5/4

            Available cashback
            $11.58

            Ready to withdraw

            Ready to claim now:
            $0.00

$10.00 not yet withdrawable — tap to see details

            • @USER DC: We’ve added your $20 milestone bonus to your Kick balance, and the issue affecting qualifying accounts has been fixed.

If your underlying cashback transactions are still awaiting retailer or network confirmation, the bonus may remain temporarily unavailable for withdrawal. It will become withdrawable once the required transactions are settled.

Let me know if you need any further assistance :)

              • @Kick Cashback: Thanks just saw it in the account.

Cannot believe how easily you managed to identify me and my account.

I guess there really are so little people using kick cashback

                • @USER DC: Haha - we didn’t identify your account from the comment 😄 We pushed the fix site-wide because other users were affected by the same issue, so yours was fixed automatically along with the others.

  • I am assuming the refer a friend option does not stack with this deal?

    https://www.kickcashback.com.au/faqs/referrals-and-signup-bo…

The referral programme is separate from the current sign-up and loyalty offer

    • They actually do stack 🙂

The referral programme is separate from the current $10 + $20 new-member offer, but using a referral link doesn’t exclude you from the current promotion.

So if you sign up through a referral link and meet the requirements for both offers, you can receive the referral bonus as well as the $30 new-member offer.

Thanks for flagging the referral link taking you to the USA flow as well — Australian referral links should be directing users through the Australian signup flow, so we’re checking that.

  • Anyone else just getting "This site can’t be reached" errors? Via any links, via google, etc

    • Thanks for flagging it. The site may have been down for around 20 seconds while we were pushing an update, but it should be back up now: https://kickcashback.com.au

Please let me know if you’re still getting the error.

  • Hi Rep,

    Sent you a DM

  • Where do you find the fine print for each store? e.g. tracking timeframe, which ones require retailer approval?

Signed up and made a small BWS order to test the "cashback on most eligible retail purchases becomes claimable within minutes", and so far not tracked.

    • Good question - and this is something we’re working to make much clearer on each store page.

For BWS specifically, cashback is available to claim essentially straight away once we receive the transaction confirmation from the affiliate network. The variable part is how long that initial network confirmation takes to reach us.

So if your BWS order hasn’t appeared yet, it most likely means we haven’t received that tracking confirmation yet rather than the cashback being held for retailer approval.

We’re updating the store details so things like expected tracking time, whether retailer approval is required, and any exclusions are much clearer before you shop.

      • Thanks.

It has now appeared, and looks redeemable after I wait out the 48hours for being new, not bad.

  • I kept getting the same "
Replace a saved bank account before withdrawing

Kick cannot confirm the payout country on an affected saved account. Replace it so we can reconfirm that the bank account country matches your verified account country before sending a payout.

Your saved bank details will only be removed after you choose Replace and confirm. "

warning after replacing the account with the same info , is that normal ?

I also bought $1 item , and doesnt track immediately, is that normal as well ?

    • The bank account warning shouldn’t keep appearing after you’ve successfully replaced and reconfirmed the account — we’re looking into that as a bug.

For the $1 purchase, tracking isn’t always literally instant. Most eligible retail purchases become available within minutes once the retailer/affiliate network sends us the transaction confirmation, but that can occasionally take a little longer.

Thanks for flagging both - we’re checking the bank-account issue now.

      • also, these Up to X% cashback , without any terms , so dont know whether is a good deal or not.

      • is it bcos my account dont have money? or its direct debit is blocked ?

        • No, it shouldn’t be because the account has no money or because direct debit is blocked. The warning is related to Kick not successfully reconfirming the saved bank account’s country after it was replaced, so we’re treating it as a bug on our side and investigating it.

Also agree on the “up to X% cashback” point — we need to make the category/rate conditions clearer so you can see exactly what qualifies before purchasing. We’re fixing that too.

  • pretty buggy site, I assume made with AI. Was stuck in a loading loop trying to log in all day

    • Fair call - we’ve had over 100 new users sign up today without this issue, but clearly something is going wrong for a small number of people and we need to fix it.

If you’re still stuck in the login loop, send me a DM and I’ll get it looked at straight away.

  • Hey OP, I signed up via a referral link but have no way of seeing if it was successfully linked to my sign up

Can I DM you to check for me?

    • Send an email through to info@kickcashback.com and we can look into this for you

      • I did this and your support team cannot find nor validate the provided referral code I emailed to them to link my sign up referral bonus.

Rather disappointed in this as it appears the referral codes are buggy, mine even changed on my account after signing up so that's very unusual

Your team asked me for name and email of who referred me, however you can understand if people use referrals here from OzBargain, we will not have that information to provide you

        • I emailed them about presumably the same issue (error popped up about the referral immediately upon signing up), and they swiftly replied with the following:

          Hi x,

Thanks for reaching out. We’ve checked your account and made sure referral code xxxxxxxx is correctly linked to your Kick Cashback account.

Your referral is now set up correctly. The referral bonus will apply once the required qualifying transactions have been completed.

Sorry about the sign-up error, and thanks for flagging it with us.

          Kind regards,
          Kick Cashback Team

I only sent them the referral link that I signed up with. Still not seeing anything about it in my account though (and yes the referral code above is different to my own), so will just have to take their word for it I guess, and contact them again if nothing comes through after purchase.

          • @MiscOzB: Yeah, there's something terribly wrong right now with their referral system.

Copy and paste your own referral link into an incognito (private web tab) and it displays an error message for pretty much all referral links here and even your own one.

            Referral link not available

            Invalid referral validation request

            Check code

            Continue without a referral

            • @simplerick: This error should absolutely be fixed! If you have any further issues or need help with an older model code that needs manual configuration email info@kickcashback.com ….on a very exciting note we have had alot of referral bonuses work :)

  • Signed up…looking for best rewards option to make transactions…seems to be very low cashback rates

    • Thanks for signing up! Rates do vary quite a bit by retailer, and we’re actively negotiating higher and boosted rates as we grow. Our other big focus is getting eligible cashback to you much faster, with no minimum withdrawal.
Let me know what sort of purchase you’re looking to make and I’m happy to point you towards some of the better-value options on Kick.

  • unfortunate name

    • Haha, fair 😅 We were going for short and memorable. Hopefully the cashback makes up for the name!
