  • Just keep in mind max GPU length is 230mm

  • Paid like $79 for this if I recall correctly.

It’s a great case but the GPU limitation is a pain. Even some 2 fans won’t fit.

  • This has got to be the smallest (least-compatible) 16L case in existence

Airflow is definitely also going to be an issue imo

Would only really buy if you were 100% fixated on the aesthetics of the case, it does look nice

    • I recognise I spent a lot more than this but… my Formd T1 has massively superior compatibility, cooling potential, and is 10L. Honestly it's basically an end-game ITX build for me and I don't expect to change cases again for PC building purposes. By the time I'd want to, I'd have converted from PC's to some type of future steam machine or handheld that can dock/desktop mode honestly..

Highly recommend if you're in the ITX game for anyone to have a gander. Yes stock is often an issue especially for the rarer colours; but I gave up waiting for a Titanium and just nabbed a black in the end and am super happy with it.. Some custom length cables too in copper to match the full copper thermalright cooler. chefkiss. XD

      • For those wondering what the Formd T1 costs: I couldn't figure out how to buy it in Australia directly from a retailer or the manufacturer.

If you use a US shipping forwarding service it'd probably be ~$400, I think.

        • You just buy it direct https://formdt1.com/

Supports shop accounts. Cost me 245 usd delivered? Included the usb c cable tho.

          • @ReaperX22: Comes up not deliverable at any Aussie address I put in, hence suggesting a shipping forwarder and adding a fee to my AUD estimate.

            • @joedante: Oh wow. Really? I bought in March :(. Far as I can tell it's fine?

              • @ReaperX22: Maybe if you use Shop(tm) to purchase it's an option. I don't have a Shop(tm) account and don't intend to sign up to find out, can someone with one test?

                • @joedante: Yeah I used shop. I think that's the only way unfortunately.

        • The Lian li h20 might be a better option, cheaper, includes pcie 5, slightly larger though

      • No hate but is this even comparable? The Formd T1 is just a rectangle. While this is more in competition with something like the Fractal Design Terra or Lian Li DAN wood. When you actually want to look at your itx build rather than it sitting in the corner of your table.

        • I actually find the formd fairly nice to look at but I do agree with your sentiment. It's not a statement piece per se unless you ceracoat or do something more fun with it etc. That said you can check the SFF discord for all manner of itx builds and designs and such.

My partner has the Terra in green and is a more fun piece to look at, but has worse cooling capacity which is the primary reason I didn't buy one for myself.
