Hi everyone,
I've noticed something on OzB lately:
- An increase in vibe-coded apps, and
- Animosity towards aforementioned apps.
So, instead of the first 20 comments on every post like this being someone lighting up OP, I figured it would make more sense to give us a public forum to express our disdain for vibe coded apps/slop/whatever we're calling it these days.
Link is here: https://stopslop.azapp.org/
A presenter will get up with their very niche (and bad) vibe coded app idea. You can throw a variety of items. Eneloops blow up and destroy a part of the board. When the board is destroyed, the next presenter gets up. If someone does the most damage, their score is added to a leaderboard.
People can come and go in realtime and you can see them come and go as state is syncronised across browsers.
Disclaimer: this app itself is vibe coded. Sue me.
R U OK?
