The Invite Friends promo text says:
"You get A$60 when your friend signs up and makes card payments or cross-currency transfers totalling over A$300.
Your friends get a free Wise card or a cross-currency transfer up to A$1,000 when they sign up."
Wise doesn't mention in the Wise Referral Program T&C, nor on the App / web refer link that the Referee has 30 days to fulfil the AUD300 requirement.
There's a day counter on the Referee's refer link page after joining.
T&C 1.2 is the relevant clause which basically says the relevant T&C is what was displayed on the promo invite page. (1.3's 30 days deals with cases where you forgot to add in your referral code, you have 30 days to enter it into the system).
If you've missed out on a promo benefit because they hadn't informed you anywhere of the 30 days …
re other promos: read the relevant T&Cs carefully as Wise seems to like to gloss over important details - like with their 'large currency promo' (12-18bp) for "sending amounts over $50k" only includes transferring from GBP, EUR and USD - not AUD - despite the calculator on the same page including AUD and other currencies.
That promo page mentions none of that detail.
Not impressed.
I think they have worked out their referrals to not have to pay many people. I've referred a few but got nothing in return.
